'CULTURAL CAPITALISM' IS YET ANOTHER ROAD TO DECADANCE AND DESPAIR.
"It is (...) important to note that not all Marxist-Leninist, communist or socialist countries were necessarily culturally Marxist. If one were to compare the social and cultural atmospheres of the United States and Soviet Union, respectively, during the 1960′s, the Soviet Union might emerge as the more ‘conservative’ of the 2 societies. The American author Francis Parker Yockey quite rightly noted this in his work 'Imperium'. Yockey felt that the Soviet Union was a far better ally of the West than the Americans and that in its authoritarianism it preserved something of the traditional European concept of hierarchy. From its outward manifestations of artwork and music, one could also conclude that the USSR was far more aligned with traditional values than America was. For instance, while Americans listed to rock-and-roll, the Soviets brought forth such composers as Prokofiev, Shostakovich and Khachaturian, and the Soviets regularly regarded America’s culture as being ‘inferior’ because of its decadence. Because of this, one can argue that while cultural Marxism has done the West an irreversible harm, so has its counterpart, cultural capitalism.
Just as cultural Marxism takes Marxian theories and applies them to culture, so too, does cultural capitalism take the ideologies of the American and French revolutions and try to apply them to culture. However, reaching a more precise definition than this is quite difficult because its results are nearly indistinguishable from those of cultural Marxism. This should not surprise any real Traditionalist, because they are actually 2 sides of the same coin, being a descendant of the Renaissance-era financial oligarchies, the American revolution, and 'democratic' ideals in general. Furthermore, the 2 are essentially not in competition, but rather complement each other. For instance, in order to allow for the acceptance of decadent and amoral entertainment, it is necessary to destroy the sense of morality in the first place through cultural Marxism.
Cultural capitalism, then, consists of all the worst aspects of American culture, including such things as: materialism, secularism, Hollywood and mindless entertainment, spectator sports, ways of dressing, decadent music, superficiality in conversations, rampant divorce, lack of artistic feeling, lack of historical perspectives, and the like, appealing to the most superficial of senses. In the social sphere, cultural capitalism encourages feminism and liberalism especially, giving these ideas a fertile ground to take root. (...) Americans represent the most productive nation in the world, whilst being the most primitive. (The British satirist Oscar Wilde had stated, (...) that 'America is the only country that went from barbarism to decadence without civilization in between'.)
(…) Cultural capitalism might be defined as all the outward things which have come to characterize American ‘civilization’ since the 1950′s, but it is much more, because as culture is rooted in spiritual and mental predicates, capitalism (…) is a symptom of all that is modern – in which the aspirations of man are merely for temporal goals, namely the acquisition of more ‘material’ and nothing else. In practical life, this means that for many running the money rat race is an imperative to survive and make a meager living, while for those who are a bit better off is a competition for more possessions and trinkets. For the very wealthy, living in an existential impasse of confusion between need and want. This is the psychological corner stone of capitalism and consumerism driven by marketing and advertising: turning a desire for a product into an artificial need where enough is never enough - hence the need for ever more and more possessions and diversions. (…)
On the one hand, in the capitalist system, man must constantly be a producer of either goods, capital, or some other type of value, but on the other, the system is such that he must also be a constant consumer. In such a society, all culture tends towards the lowest common denominator, even among the upper classes, because life becomes a merely mechanistic repetition. Coupled with this, especially in America, is the frantic striving for equality and the near cult-like admiration for individualism without personality, which, of course, can only be equality in degradation.
Since cultural capitalism is not in any way opposed to cultural Marxism, Traditionalism, as a general rule, does not engage in the discussion of economic theory. Rather, Traditionalism holds that the tyranny of the economy must be abolished at its source. (…) This attitude (…) is a statement against utopianism of either capitalism or communism, as well as its cultural implications. In a few words, it opposes the ‘enslavement of the single individual to the productive mechanism’, which leads to the aforementioned ills.”

In contrast, an Islam presented as radically anti-Occidental fully playing out 'the clash of civilizations' in a perverted partnership with USA and Israel. The Saudi monarchy, that encourages and finances it a bit everywhere in the world, is in reality totally conniving with the USA and is dependant from them. (...) A shadly relationship between radical Islam and Empire, resulting in the creation of Al Qaeda and Bin Laden, and generally speaking, resulting in this islamic extremism whose objective role is to encourage the clash between Europe’s Christian and Muslim population (...) for the benefit of the Americano-Zionist Empire. A reversal of alliance, on behalf of laicity, made under the pressure of Masonic and Zionist network and sanctioned in France by the anti-veil law in March 2004, aggravated since then by the anti-burka law in September 2010. This orchestred stigmatization of Muslims, from then on designated as scapegoat to the native French, affected by the crisis, by the very same that made them come to France and encouraged them to be aggresive towards French people, so that the legitimate social anger towards mondialist elites (who are not Muslims), turns into an inter-ethnic civil war.
Whether Islam is good or not for France, let us remind ourselves that for this religion (...) does not only exist one Islam (...), but a diversity of Muslims abandoned to divers authorities, whose majority stay away from unrest and from politics. (...)
The chaos of the civil war or the re-establishment of the country through national reconciliation depend in fact, in addition to the economic crisis, on the outcome of this struggle between these 2 youths: patriot Muslim and islamo-scum, from now on face to face and opposed in everything – including in Islam. In this struggle for France, we must give a hand to the firsts: those patriot Muslims who work, undertake jobs and bring medals for the country in sports competitions … as we must also then break with the dialectic of excuses, be intransigent towards the seconds who behave like a horde of underdogs. NIEUWS UIT HOMS VAN MOEDER AGNES-MARIAM OP PALMZONDAG 31/03/2012.
"Vooral christenen worden vermoord, hun huizen en winkels in brand gestoken. (...) Ondertussen blijft helaas nog al te dikwijls de berichtgeving leven dat het leger deze verwoestingen aanricht. De echte schuldigen zijn de gewapende groepen verbonden met het Vrije Syrische Leger, gedomineerd door paramilitaire radicale islamisten. (...) Positief is wel dat de meerderheid van de soennieten niet achter deze radicale islamisten staat.
Moeder Agnès-Mariam meldt ons dat de algemene toestand in Syrië de afgelopen weken zeer zeker verbeterd is. Toch is het volgens haar nog bijzonder onrustig in Homs en omgeving. Na de val van Baba Amro zouden groepjes rebellen zich verschanst hebben in de christelijke wijken Warceh en Salibi. Ze verjagen er de families en plunderen hun huizen om ze (...) te gebruiken als uitvalsbasis. (...) Ook zijn er nog steeds mortierbeschietingen door rebellen op alawitische en christelijke wijken. Het gaat hier niet om gevechten tussen het regeringsleger en de rebellen. Neen, de opstandelingen beschieten doelbewust wijken van religieuze minderheden. Het is dan ook hemeltergend dat deze vernielingen door Al-Jazeera afgeschilderd worden als zijnde het werk van regeringssoldaten. En [dit] wordt natuurlijk gretig en kritiekloos overgenomen door ‘onze’ media.
Moeder Agnès-Mariam getuigt tevens van ongelooflijke wreedheden begaan door rebellen in het stadje Kusayr vlakbij Homs, aan de grens met Libanon. (...) Na de val van Baba Amro zijn verschillende ontvoerde burgers door de rebellen naar hier gebracht en op gruwelijke wijze terechtgesteld. Verschillende onder hen zouden zijn onthoofd (...). De slachtoffers zijn zowel soennieten, alawieten als christenen. Hun misdrijf? Deze mensen zouden te weinig ‘meegewerkt’ hebben met de ‘opstand’. Ook in Kusayr zijn verschillende christelijke gezinnen uit hun huizen verdreven (...). Hun plaats wordt ingenomen door soennitische sympathisanten van de rebellen. Er is hier stilaan sprake van een etnische zuivering."

HET ONDERSCHEID TUSSEN TURKSE ALEVIS EN SYRISCHE ALAWIETEN.
"Tot de religieuze gemeenschap der Alevis bekent zich zo’n 20% van de Turkse bevolking. De Turkse Alevis mogen niet worden verward met de Syrische Alawieten. Beide groepen ontstonden onafhankelijk van elkaar in verschillende historische en geografische omstandigheden, maar hun naamsgelijkheid geeft al aan dat er toch belangrijke dwarsverbanden zijn.
Beide groepen kunnen worden beschouwd als afsplitsingen binnen de sjiietische islam waarbij de religieuze figuur van Ali een centrale rol speelt. Vandaar hun naam. Net als de Syrische Alawieten hebben ook de Turkse Alevis bepaalde gewoontes en gebruiken die hen de gramschap opleverden van orthodoxe soennieten, die beide groeperingen vaak beschouwen als regelrechte ketters en zeker geen moslims. Net als de Syrische Alawieten zijn ook de Turkse Alevis door de eeuwen heen vaak gediscrimineerd, wat hun enthousiasme verklaarde voor de seculiere republiek van Kemal Atatürk. Deze Atatürk richtte de Republikeinse Volks Partij (CHP) op, waarbinnen Turkse Alevis traditioneel sterk vertegenwoordigd zijn. Deze CHP vormt momenteel de belangrijkste oppositiepartij tegen de politiek van Tayyib Erdogan.
Erdogan, berucht om zijn soms ondiplomatieke uitbarstingen, lijkt zijn frustraties over de schaakmatsituatie in Syrië in toenemende mate te gaan richten tegen de Turkse Alevis. Het spelen van deze sektarische kaart is niet alleen potentieel explosief binnen Turkije zelf, maar zet bovendien vraagtekens bij de werkelijke drijfveren van Erdogan jegens Syrië.
Kemal Kilicdaroglu, de leider van de CHP, is zelf Alevi. Vorig jaar maakte Erdogan al een keer de opmerking dat Kemal Kilicdaroglu heimelijk de Syrische president al-Assad steunde wegens 'sektarische solidariteit' tussen Turkse Alevis en Syrische Alawieten. Kilicdaroglu had de woede van Erdogan opgewekt omdat hij zich tegen een militaire interventie in Syrië uitsprak en de Turkse politiek jegens Syrië onverstandig noemde. Eerder had hij reeds de wrevel van de AKP-leider opgewekt wegens zijn harde kritiek op de Turkse politiek van confrontatie met Israël.
Eind vorige maand ging Erdogan echter nog een stapje verder. Op 22 maart werd hij geciteerd in de Turkse krant Hürriyet toen hij zowel Kemal Kilicdaroglu persoonlijk als ook de CHP direct beschuldigde dat ze Alevis zijn en dús Alawieten. (...) De recente opmerkingen van minister-president Erdogan gaven de binnenlandse politieke verhoudingen een sektarische dimensie die de situatie in Syrië lijkt te weerspiegelen."

POST-DEMOCRACY: PRESS TV BANNED IN GERMANY.
"The Media Regulatory Office based in Munich notified of the decision to remove the Iranian English-speaking channel Press TV from German airwaves. (...) This shutdown comes after Press TV was banned in Great Britain in January 2012 (...). The channel believes the decision is part of a strategy by Westerners to silence an inconvenient voice. Press TV drew the attention of the UK public in particular (...) for offering viewers a different perspective on the offensive launched against Libya or Syria."

MEDIA-OORLOG BOVEN SYRIE: VOORMALIG AL JAZEERA CORRESPONDENT KLAPT UIT DE BIECHT.
‎"Een voormalig correspondent van Al Jazeera klapt uit de school over de werkwijzen van zijn ex-broodheren. De zender uit Qatar zou de opstandelingen in Syrië actief ondersteunen met gesmokkelde communicatieapparatuur. Bij Russia Today doet... de ex-correspondent van Al Jazeera, Ali Hashim, zijn verhaal (...): 'De zender koos duidelijk een kant in Syrië, steunde die kant en bemoeide zich met details van de Syrische revolutie. Hulp bieden aan de rebellen is wat Qatar wil, door het voorzien in communicatiehulpmiddelen. Ze werden vanuit Libanon Syrië ingesmokkeld'. (...)
Al-Jazeera is een drijvende kracht geweest achter de opstanden in Tunesië, Libië, Egypte en nu Syrië. Het valt niet te ontkennen dat ook het regime in Qatar in al die landen actief was aan de kant van de opstandelingen, met name met financiele steun voor de plaatselijke afdelingen van de Moslimbroeders. Het eerste wat Ennahda-leider Ghannouchi in Tunesië deed na de verkiezingsoverwinning van zijn partij was een bezoek aan Qatar. In Libië was (...) er logistieke steun aan de rebellen en het tv-kanaal van de rebellen was een kloon van Al Jazeera en was gebaseerd in Qatar.
Er is tijdens de hele Arabische lente ook veel kritiek geweest op Al Jazeera van de opstandelingen zelf. Het verwijt is vaak dat de zender de situatie extremer voorstelt dan ze is en zo het conflict aanwakkert. Gisteren zeiden Syrische rebellen uit een dorpje nabij Al-Qusayr [nabij de Libanese grens, in het district Homs] mij nog dat hun dorp door het leger is aangevallen nadat Al Jazeera 2 weken geleden in een uitzending had gezegd dat het een schakel was in de wapenroute voor de rebellen. De geweldloze activisten in Syrie nemen het AJ kwalijk dat het alleen focust op de gewapende rebellen en hen zo belangrijker heeft gemaakt."
