They say no man is a prophet in his own land.

Emmanuel Ratier was unknown in the English-speaking world. The English version of Wikipedia has no page about him. In France, the country he was born in and always had at heart, Ratier was barely known in the mainstream. Only recently had he started to become well-known, thanks to a biography he wrote about the current Prime Minister, Manuel Valls.

Densely packed with information, Le vrai visage de Manuel Valls ^[3] (The true face of Manuel Valls) shows how, as an eighteen-year-old, the future politician concluded an alliance with two other ambitious young men (who hold today positions of responsibility). It also unveils, with clear evidence, how the career-oriented Valls abandoned a two-decade long support to the Palestinian cause in favor of Zionism, a mandatory move for climbing the social ladder. Ratier’s biography has been a best-seller on Amazon France. Indeed, it sold more than Valls’ own autobiography, even before any official media was allowed to cover the book.

Ratier was no prophet. As far as I know, he barely went in for predicting the future. However, he was what may be called an initiated man. Over the years, he became very well informed and managed to become a top investigative reporter.

In such a situation, Ratier could have been a Machiavellian. He could have betrayed his youthful nationalist engagement, from back in the 1970s, in order to take a comfortable place inside the conservative Right. Former nationalists had already done so. But instead, Emmanuel Ratier devoted himself to the truth. He did not fall for a career inside the system, money, or social status – he chose the truth.

Though the general public was not acquainted with him until recently, his work had been noticed in the initiated environments well beyond the Right. In 1996, he launched Faits et documents ^[4] (Facts and documents), a twelve-page newsletter published every two weeks. Aiming at a confidential audience, Faits et documents featured profiles of important personalities, some of them famous and some more discreet, as well as copious information on what was happening inside freemasonry and other power networks.

Faits et documents was remarkable for the high density of information its few pages encapsulated. I have never seen so many valuable items in any official media outlet. The letter was presented as “confidential,” yet it could be accessed by anyone: if you wanted to have a look, you just had to know about the existence of F&D – and be able to digest the sheer information given inside – to receive it twice monthly.

Thorough research, detailed information clearly presented, and lasting significance: such were the marks of Ratier’s work. He claimed that the Ministry of the Interior had one subscription to his newsletter but photocopied it so more than a dozen top officials could read it.

In addition to his newsletter, Ratier wrote remarkable books in the same vein: a two-volume Encyclopédie politique française (Encylcopedia of French politics) (Paris: Faits & Documents,‎ 1992, 2005); a two-volume Encyclopédie des pseudonymes (Encylcopedia of pseudonyms) (Paris: Faits & Documents,‎ 1993, 1994) along with another two-volume Encyclopédie des changements de noms (Encyclopedia of name changes) (Paris: Faits & Documents,‎ 1995, 1998); Ras l’front: anatomie d’un mouvement antifasciste, la nébuleuse trotskyste (Paris: Facta,‎ 1998) a book about an “antifascist” Trotskyist group linked with power networks; Au coeur du pouvoir (In the heart of power) (Paris: Faits & Documents, 1996), a book about the globalist Le Siècle group, and numerous other works of truly remarkable quality.

Though Ratier was read and watched by powerful people, he almost never retracted anything he said or wrote. Officials who despised nationalism and the “far Right” in general still considered him a highly reliable source.

Even if Ratier was himself well-connected, he always kept Faits et documents under his exclusive control. Perhaps this decision led him to spend too much time alone. During his last 20 years, he took no long term vacation. He often worked seven day weeks, and his work days stretched into the evening. Some years ago, a stroke sent him to the hospital. Fortunately, he bounced back and was able to walk again quite soon. A month later, Emmanuel Ratier was at his desk, writing his letter and updating his book on Le Siècle with undiminished energy. His work demonstrated both intact abilities and renewed motivation, something impressive for a man in his 50s.

But nobody can maintain such intensity indefinitely. At the end of 2014, he reported new health problems. On August 19, 2015, another stroke hit him, and this time his heart stopped for real. Another prolific French writer, the famous Honoré de Balzac, who habitually consumed dozens of cups of coffee each day, had a similar end.

Emmanuel Ratier was a soldier for truth. He gave the same attention to the beautiful and the ugly, faithfully reporting the minutest details, constructing accurate profiles for personalities that would prefer to sweep the truth under the carpet. He was a soldier that no one called but who always answered “present.” His talent and dedication led even objective enemies of our cause to read his work, something he was well aware of, but which did not prevent him from serving the cause of truth again and again.

He will be missed.

Rest in peace, monsieur Emmanuel Ratier. We will remember you and everything you gave to us. May ten detectives rise to pursue your legacy.

L’école des déracinés, une atteinte à notre culture

« La conception du paradis est au fond plus infernale que celle de l’enfer. L’hypothèse d’une félicité parfaite est plus désespérante que celle d’un tourment sans relâche, puisque nous sommes destinés à n’y jamais atteindre. », écrivit un jour Gustave Flaubert à Louise Collet. Ainsi en est-il du rêve de Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, son utopie sera le cimetière de ses ambitions. En souhaitant créer un paradis éducatif d’obédience sociétaliste, tout à fait inatteignable, en plus que d’être dangereux ; elle a parachevé le travail de ses prédécesseurs, et acté la destruction de l’école de la république.

Au nom du dieu Egalité, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, et ses sbires, pratiquent la politique de la tabula rasa. Tout doit être sacrifié sur l’autel de l’égalitarisme, tant la vérité historique, que ce qui fait le sentiment d’appartenir à un peuple enraciné. Elle ne hait pas la France, elle la nie. Elle ne hait pas notre histoire, elle pense qu’elle est finie. Jamais, depuis qu’elle est ministre, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem n’a parlé de l’apprentissage, de la transmission des savoirs, et même des savoirs. L’essentiel, pour ces gens, n’est pas d’instruire, mais de rééduquer les élèves pour en faire des êtres jetés-là, des enfants de personne. Il faut égaliser les jeunes pousses de force, toutes les têtes qui dépassent seront raccourcies par la guillotine Terra Nova. Le but recherché n’est donc pas de donner l’égalité des chances, et de réinstaurer la primauté du mérite individuel, mais bien de créer des êtres indifférenciés, sans qualités ni mérites particuliers.

On pourra au moins reconnaître deux mérites à Najat Vallaud-Belkacem : elle a dévoilé sans artifices le projet du sociétal-libéralisme, et, elle a, par ses outrances, permis l’émergence d’une force contestataire. En effet, nous avons appris, ces derniers jours, que quatre membres du « Conseil supérieur des programmes » ont donné leurs démissions ; en raison de désaccords politiques (et humains) profonds avec les équipes du ministre.

Il faut dire que le ministère est prêt à tout pour bâtir son paradis artificiel. Annie Genévard, membre démissionnaire, indiquait au journal Le Point que : « Nous avons appris (les membres du CSP) que le cabinet de la ministre intervenait dans nos travaux en amont et sans que la plupart des membres le sachent. Quand, lors d’un déjeuner au ministère, je me suis étonnée de cet interventionnisme, le directeur de cabinet de Najat Vallaud-Belkacem m’a répondu en citant Edgar Faure sur « l’indépendance dans l’interdépendance. » » Le cabinet du ministère ne veut pas d’opposition. Les instances indépendantes dont il se prévaut, tel le « Conseil supérieur des programmes », n’ont en réalité aucun pouvoir, et ne servent qu’à donner un cachet « scientifique » aux nouvelles mesures.

Parmi les mesures envisagées, deux d’entre elles témoignent de la psychose qui s’est emparée du ministère. Le premier projet du programme de Français recommandait la parité entre les auteurs femmes et les auteurs hommes ! On peut sans peine imaginer les difficultés qu’aurait pu entraîner un tel délire. Mais ne vous y trompez pas, sans changement radical de direction, une telle absurdité reviendra sur le tapis. L’autre mesure envisagée préconisait de convier les familles d’enfants de « migrants » dans les salles de classe, pour qu’ils parlent leurs langues d’origine devant les élèves, sommés de les écouter les yeux fermés ! Un véritable cauchemar multiculturel antirépublicain, et anti-France. Nous ne pouvons plus les laisser faire, autrement ils détruiront la France à jamais.

Onbegrijpelijk dat bondskanselier Merkel en president Hollande gisteren wel met deze Amerikaanse marionet, de Oekraïense ‘president’ Poroshenko, om de tafel gingen zitten, maar niet met de Russische president Putin.

De Verenigde Staten zijn druk doende om de Europese samenleving, cultuur en economie te ondermijnen met het veroorzaken van enorme vluchtelingenstromen. Na Libië, Syrië en Irak is Oekraïne het volgende land dat Washington in totale chaos probeert te storten, zodat ook vanuit het oosten honderdduizenden vluchtelingen op Europa zullen afstormen. Als de Europeanen niet heel snel de voor hen ongezonde banden met de VS doorsnijden en toenadering zoeken tot Rusland, dan zal er over een jaar of 5 à 10 vrijwel niets meer zijn overgebleven van onze welvaart, onze vrede en daarmee onze toekomst.

‘Geen vrede in Europa zonder Rusland’

‘Er kan uiteindelijk geen vrede in Europa zijn zonder Rusland daarin te betrekken,’ verklaarde de Duitse minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Frank-Walter Steinmeier, die helaas één van de zeer weinige politici in Europa is die zich nog enigszins nuchter en bezonnen opstelt tegenover Moskou.

Daar heeft hij volkomen gelijk in. NWO topman Henry Kissinger verraste vriend en vijand door het Westen op te roepen te ‘stoppen met het ten koste van alles steunen van (het regime in) Kiev,’ omdat Rusland en Oekraïne zeer nauw met elkaar verweven zijn, niet alleen omdat er zoveel Russen in Oekraïne wonen, maar ook vanwege de sterke economische en historische banden tussen beide landen.

Economie stort dankzij VS in

En die economie is dankzij de VS compleet aan het instorten. In het eerste kwartaal daalde het BNP van het land met 18%, in het tweede kwartaal nog eens met 15%. De schuldenlast steeg tot 100% van het BNP. De internationale crediteuren van het land onderhandelen daarom met Kiev over een door het IMF gewilde schuldenkwijtschelding. Rusland doet niet mee met deze onderhandelingen, omdat het de € 3 miljard die Oekraïne in december moet terugbetalen gebruikt als drukmiddel in de onderhandelingen met de EU en de VS.

Vluchtelingenstroom

Als het pro-Westerse fascistische regime in Kiev oorlog blijft voeren tegen de (pro-) Russische bevolking in het oosten van het land zal de economische en maatschappelijke situatie dermate te verslechteren, dat het slechts een kwestie van tijd is voordat er een enorme vluchtelingenstroom richting Europa op gang komt. Oekraïne dreigt dan hetzelfde lot te moeten ondergaan als de eveneens door Amerika en de NAVO –direct of indirect- verwoeste landen Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en Syrië.

Al tijdens de eerste oorlogsmaanden zochten honderdduizenden Oekraïners een veilig heenkomen in Rusland, dat deze vluchtelingen ondanks de hoge kosten gastvrij heeft opgenomen. Oekraïners zullen feitelijk het volste recht hebben om ook hun heil te zoeken in Europa – niet omdat ze hun thuisland zo graag willen verlaten, maar omdat er dankzij de anti-Russische bemoeienissen van Washington straks niets meer van over zal zijn.

Hoogste tijd om te praten met Putin

Om dat te voorkomen is het de hoogste tijd dat de Europese leiders samen om de tafel gaan zitten met de Russische president Vladimir Putin, die al vanaf het uitbreken van de crisis pleit voor een vreedzame oplossing om de stabiliteit in Oekraïne te herstellen en de economie van het land te redden. Tot nu toe werden zijn alleszins redelijke voorstellen echter door Washington en Brussel van de hand gewezen.

Valse propaganda uit Kiev

De Oekraïense ‘president’ Petro Poroshenko is daar mede schuldig aan doordat hij het Westen voortdurend voedt met ongeloofwaardige propaganda en een vals schrikbeeld van tienduizenden Russische soldaten en duizenden tanks en pantservoertuigen die aan de grens zouden klaarstaan voor een invasie. Tot nu toe werd er geen greintje bewijs geleverd voor zijn soms krankzinnige beweringen – sterker nog, Westerse inlichtingendiensten bevestigden meerdere malen dat er van een Russische militaire operatie in of tegen Oekraïne geen enkele sprake is.

EU moet deelname aan agressieve oorlog tegen Rusland weigeren

Europa moet van Poroshenko eisen dat hij de honderden miljoenen die hij van Brussel heeft gekregen niet gebruikt om oorlog te voeren tegen de Russisch sprekende bevolking, maar enkel om de economie te herstellen en de getroffen burgers te helpen. Ook moeten de Europese regeringen de VS de NAVO klip en klaar laten weten dat wij nooit en te nimmer zullen meewerken aan een agressieve oorlog tegen Rusland en/of tegen een deel van de bevolking van Oekraïne, en dat het daarom afgelopen moet zijn met de provocerende militaire oefeningen van de NAVO in Oost Europa.

Amerikanen willen Europa door vluchtelingen laten instorten

Alleen dan kan voorkomen worden dat Europa dankzij Washington tientallen jaren lang in ellende wordt gestort. ‘Dankzij Washington – is dat niet overdreven?’ denkt u? Nee, zeker niet nadat onlangs bekend werd dat het Witte Huis zogenaamde ‘non profit’ organisaties steunt die vanaf Amerikaanse bodem via het internet offensief ‘reclame’ maken voor de mensenhandelaren en vluchtelingenhelpers in Europa en hen zelfs financieel ondersteunen om zoveel mogelijk moslims vanuit Afrika en het Midden Oosten naar ons continent te sturen.

De Amerikanen willen via deze bewust gecreëerde toestroom van miljoenen moslim vluchtelingen Europa ondermijnen en uiteindelijk doen instorten, zodat er straks niet één serieuze concurrent voor de dan enige overgebleven supermacht meer over blijft. Er rest de Europese volken nog maar heel weinig tijd om te breken met dit destructieve beleid van de VS en een rampzalige toekomst te voorkomen.

La figure iconoclaste du cinéaste italien nous interpelle en cette époque de soumission et de trahisons multiples. Nous avons décortiqué les derniers écrits polémiques de Pasolini publiés sous le titre d’« Écrits corsaires » (*). Déjà, au beau milieu des années 1960, ce dernier avait compris que la Société de consommation était un fascisme en état de gestation. Nous nous débattons, quarante années après son assassinat, dans les méandres d’un véritable Léviathan qui achève de consommer ce que nous avions de plus précieux : notre innocence.

Fasciné, très tôt, par la culture populaire des bidonvilles et des banlieues ouvrières de l’après-guerre, le cinéaste Pier Paolo Pasolini prendra la relève du néoréalisme italien en travaillant la pellicule sur un mode à mi-chemin entre le documentaire et la fable surréaliste. Reprenant les canons esthétiques du néoréalisme, Pasolini termine en 1962 un film poignant intitulé Mamma Roma. Mettant en scène une Anna Magnani qui deviendra son égérie, et une source d’inspiration pour d’autres cinéastes prometteurs, le metteur en scène brosse un tableau saisissant des faubourgs de la Ville éternelle. Jeune quarantenaire, Pasolini aborde, finalement, le cinéma à la manière d’un écrivain et d’un sociologue qui a vécu « pour de vrai » auprès des classes défavorisées de l’Italie de l’après-guerre.

Praticien d’un « cinéma-vérité » proche de la tradition documentaire, Pasolini capte l’ambiance extraordinaire des bas-fonds romains en faisant déambuler son personnage principale – une prostituée qui tente de fuir son inhumaine condition – dans les alentours du Parc des aqueducs et de l’aqueduc de l’Aqua Claudia. Cet opus cinématographique inaugure une pratique qui deviendra sa véritable signature : filmer le plus possible les décors naturels de la cité et mettre en scène des figurants qui ne sont pas des professionnels du septième art. Tourné en noir et blanc, Mamma Roma ressemble à une véritable plongée au plus profond de l’existence quotidienne de ce « petit peuple » qui n’est déjà plus qu’un lointain souvenir.

Le témoin oculaire d’une époque de transition

« … la société de consommation de masse, en recouvrant artificiellement le tissu vivant de l’Italie par un ensemble insipide et uniforme de valeurs pragmatiques propres à l’idéologies du « bien-être », a littéralement étouffé l’identité du pays, a broyé dans une même machine imbécile de normalisation tous les particularismes culturels, les « petites patries » et les mondes dialectaux de la campagne italienne, jusqu’à modifier moralement et même physiquement le paysan pauvre … »

Artiste manifestement en porte-à-faux face aux élites de son époque, Pasolini tente de témoigner du délitement des anciennes cultures populaires au profit de l’impérialisme de cette société de la consommation qui ne tolère plus aucune forme de dissidence. Militant communiste de la première heure, pourfendant les nostalgiques de l’ancien régime fasciste, le bouillant polémiste refuse de basculer dans le « camp du bien » représenté par un gauchisme à la mode qui fera, de plus en plus, le jeu du grand capitalisme international. Réalisant que la démocratie-chrétienne d’après-guerre sert toujours les mêmes intérêts qui contrôlaient les fascistes de l’ère mussolinienne, Pasolini tente de cerner avec une précision sans faille la transition qui s’est amorcée durant les « trente glorieuses » (1945 – 1975).

Le portrait de cette période de transition est loin d’être reluisant. Pendant que la masse des anciens prolétaires, comparés à des « néo-bourgeois », se laisse embrigader par la société de consommation, un véritable pouvoir occulte tisse sa toile et provoque des crises artificielles qui auront pour effet d’accélérer la transformation en profondeur de la société italienne. Les élites aux manettes utiliseront une « stratégie de la tension », savamment dosée, afin de mettre en scène ses troupes de choc. Cette montée en crescendo de la tension atteindra son point culminant avec l’attentat terroriste de la gare de Bologne en 1980. Ce qui constitue un des attentats terroristes les plus meurtriers du XXe siècle aura des conséquences considérables sur les futures orientations de la vie politique en Italie.

Pier Paolo Pasolini sera, envers et contre tous ses détracteurs, l’observateur lucide et prophétique d’une époque charnière qui peut se comparer à celle qui fut le théâtre de la dissolution du gaullisme en France. Pasolini décrypte, avec plusieurs coups d’avance, la mutation de l’ancien monde paysan et patriarcal vers une société de consommation qui permet d’agréger les citoyens au sein d’une « internationale » néolibérale qui ne dit pas son nom. Parlant de la démocratie-chrétienne, il souligne que « bien que ce régime ait fondé son pouvoir sur des principes essentiellement opposés à ceux du fascisme classique (en renonçant, ces dernières années, à la contribution d’une Église réduite à n’être plus qu’un fantôme d’elle-même), on peut encore très justement le qualifier de fasciste. Pourquoi ? Avant tout parce que l’organisation de l’État, à savoir le sous-État, est demeurée pratiquement la même; et plus, à travers, par exemple, l’intervention de la Mafia. La gravité des formes de sous-gouvernement a beaucoup augmenté ». Faisant allusion aux lobbys de l’ombre qui poussent leurs pions, Pasolini se rapprochait des conceptions actuelles qui ont trait à l’« État profond » et autres réseaux de gouvernance « occulte » ayant fini par court-circuiter l’appareil d’état.

Quand le discours des politiques sonne faux

Profondément influencé par la pensée critique d’Antonio Gramsci – un théoricien marxiste qui mettra de l’avant le primat de l’ « hégémonie culturelle » comme moyen central de maintien et de consolidation de l’appareil d’état dans un monde capitaliste –, Pasolini réalise que les élites italiennes aux commandes utilisent un discours politique caduc. Manipulant des concepts qui avaient leur raison d’être avant la Deuxième guerre mondiale, la classe politique italienne se comporte en véritable somnambule, incapable de comprendre ce qui se trame derrière la scène. La dislocation des anciens lieux de reproduction des habitus socioculturels et religieux semble avec été provoquée par la mutation d’un capitalisme qui ne se contente plus d’exploiter les masses.

Il s’agit de transformer les citoyens en consommateurs dociles, sortes de citadins décervelés qui ont perdu la mémoire. Chassés de leurs anciens faubourgs, relocalisés dans des banlieues uniformes et grises, les nouveaux citoyens de la société de consommation ne possèdent plus de culture en propre. Il s’insurge contre le fait qu’«une telle absence de culture devient [devienne], elle aussi, une offense à la dignité humaine quand elle se manifeste explicitement comme mépris de la culture moderne et, par ailleurs, n’exprime que la violence et l’ignorance d’un monde répressif comme totalité».

Le délitement de l’ancienne société

Pasolini s’intéresse à cette perte des repères identitaires qui finit par gruger les fondations d’une société déshumanisée par le passage en force du nouveau capitalisme apatride des années d’après-guerre. Il n’hésite pas à parler de « révolution anthropologique » et va jusqu’à affirmer « que l’Italie paysanne et paléo-industrielle s’est défaite, effondrée, qu’elle n’existe plus, et qu’à sa place il y a un vide qui attend sans doute d’être rempli par un embourgeoisement général, du type que j’ai évoqué … (modernisant, faussement tolérant, américanisant, etc.) ». À la manière des précurseurs du cinéma-vérité et documentaire québécois, Pier Paolo Pasolini filme, enregistre et consigne les derniers sédiments d’une société archaïque en voie de dissolution. Pris à parti, dans un premier temps, par les ténors de la droite, ce créateur iconoclaste finira par s’attirer les foudres de l’intelligentsia au grand complet.

Un humaniste dégouté par la violence ordinaire

Il est impératif de lire (ou de relire) ses « Écrits corsaires » qui rassemblent un florilège de ses meilleurs pamphlets et autres écrits polémiques. Démontrant une intelligence critique sans pareil, Pasolini demeure un véritable hérétique qui n’a jamais baissé le ton fasse aux trop nombreuses impostures d’une intelligentsia, de droite comme de gauche, corrompues jusqu’à la moelle. Militant communiste, non-croyant et anticonformiste, il se désole, néanmoins, de la disparition de cette foi catholique qui représentait un des « relais » de l’authentique culture populaire. S’il s’est élevé contre le pouvoir démagogique des autorités ecclésiastiques et politiques de l’ancien régime, il admet que celui de la nouvelle classe technocratique est encore plus effrayant.

Il tente d’esquisser le profil de cette hyper-classe mondiale qui s’est installée à demeure depuis : « Le portrait-robot de ce visage encore vide du nouveau Pouvoir lui attribue des traits « modernes » dus à une tolérance et à une idéologie hédoniste qui se suffit pleinement à elle-même, mais également des traits féroces et essentiellement répressifs : car sa tolérance est fausse et, en réalité, jamais aucun homme n’a dû être aussi normal et conformiste que le consommateur; quand à l’hédonisme, il cache évidemment une décision de tout pré-ordonner avec une cruauté que l’histoire n’a jamais connue. Ce nouveau Pouvoir, que personne ne représente encore et qui est le résultat d’une « mutation » de la classe dominante, est donc en réalité – si nous voulons conserver la vieille terminologie – une forme « totale » de fascisme ».

From Benghazi to Turkey, the ISIS “supply lines” are directly from NATO-controlled territory, and apparently it never occurs to the minds of Western media to ask where, in fact, the so-called Islamic State obtains their arms. The reason for this is obvious, as it would demonstrate that the Islamic State is not a homegrown, indigenous Wahhabist extremist group, but western creation, funded and aided like Al Qaeda since its inception, as Carter and Brzezinski openly discussed. Not much has changed in the international terror theater since 1979, save the targets. Counterpunch noted over a decade ago:

Q: The former director of the CIA, Robert Gates, stated in his memoirs [“From the Shadows”], that American intelligence services began to aid the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan 6 months before the Soviet intervention. In this period you were the national security adviser to President Carter. You therefore played a role in this affair. Is that correct?

Brzezinski: Yes. According to the official version of history, CIA aid to the Mujahadeen began during 1980, that is to say, after the Soviet army invaded Afghanistan, 24 Dec 1979. But the reality, secretly guarded until now, is completely otherwise: Indeed, it was July 3, 1979 that President Carter signed the first directive for secret aid to the opponents of the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul. And that very day, I wrote a note to the president in which I explained to him that in my opinion this aid was going to induce a Soviet military intervention.

Concerning the aiding and funding of the updated Mujahideen-Al Qaeda-ISIS brand, Tony Cartalucci comments:

The London Telegraph would report in their 2013 article, “CIA ‘running arms smuggling team in Benghazi when consulate was attacked’,” that:

[CNN] said that a CIA team was working in an annex near the consulate on a project to supply missiles from Libyan armouries to Syrian rebels.

Weapons have also come from Eastern Europe, with the New York Times reporting in 2013 in their article, “Arms Airlift to Syria Rebels Expands, With Aid From C.I.A.,” that:

From offices at secret locations, American intelligence officers have helped the Arab governments shop for weapons, including a large procurement from Croatia, and have vetted rebel commanders and groups to determine who should receive the weapons as they arrive, according to American officials speaking on the condition of anonymity.

And while Western media sources continuously refer to ISIS and other factions operating under the banner of Al Qaeda as “rebels” or “moderates,” it is clear that if billions of dollars in weapons were truly going to “moderates,” they, not ISIS would be dominating the battlefield.

Recent revelations have revealed that as early as 2012 the United States Department of Defense not only anticipated the creation of a “Salafist Principality” straddling Syria and Iraq precisely where ISIS now exists, it welcomed it eagerly and contributed to the circumstances required to bring it about.”

In terms of foreign policy, the target with ISIS is still Syria, as Washington elites have expounded through their Brookings Institute discussion of June 24, a rebound from the failed attempt by John Kerry to drum up support for war with Syria that fell flat due to the exposure of the laughable false-flag “chlorine attack” propaganda pinned on Assad. Now ISIS is both the means and the raison d’etre for invading and saving Syria, in the classic problem-reaction-solution strategy the West never tires from enacting in the global “freedom” war.

The endless, eternal war on terror is a contrived strategy of tension the Atlanticist establishment has used for over a hundred years, dating back to the exploits of Harry St. John Philby, T.E. Lawrence carving up the Middle East and Britain’s “extra-special” relationship with Saudi Arabia. Nothing’s essentially changed over the last century other than the focal point of the terror attacks, as the Middle East must constantly be broken up, destabilized and reorganized into “micro-nations” more amenable to Washington’s corrupt corporate and ideological expansionist domination. Recent so-called “terror events” are merely dots on the long timeline of terror, a scripted narrative designed to remodel the American landscape as much as the Middle East according to D.C. think tank machinations.

Wahhabi Saudi Arabia, is of course one of the world’s chief financiers of terror, operating as a proxy for the western elites. Jordan, Qatar, the UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait are all “Gulf Cooperation nations,” arising from the aegis of the British Empire and adopted under the Pax Americana. And what is constantly forgotten is the origin of this cadre’s alignment of the West through oil production was not merely the result of OPEC and Kissinger, it was in fact organized by Bilderberg: It was Bilderberg that organized the 70s OPEC oil debacle. Isn’t it curious the GCC pro-terror states are also Western-supplying petrocracies? Citing William F. Engdahl in his A Century of War, Andrew Gavin Marshall writes:

One enormous consequence of the ensuing 400 percent rise in OPEC oil prices was that investments of hundreds of millions of dollars by British Petroleum, Royal Dutch Shell [both present at Bilderberg] and other Anglo-American petroleum concerns in the risky North Sea could produce oil at a profit,” as “the profitability of these new North Sea oilfields was not at all secure until after the OPEC price rises.”  In 2001, the former Saudi representative to OPEC, Sheik Ahmed Yamani, said, “’I am 100 percent sure that the Americans were behind the increase in the price of oil. The oil companies were in real trouble at that time, they had borrowed a lot of money and they needed a high oil price to save them.” When he was sent by King Faisal to the Shah of Iran in 1974, the Shah said that it was Henry Kissinger who wanted a higher price for oil. (136-7)

In other words, war is a racket, as General Smedley Butler famously stated, and the new “War on Terror” (TM) of our day is not new, but an updated version of the old British strategy of “containing” Russia. The Atlanticists still charge forward according to the Mackinder Heartland doctrine: the Western merchant/banking sea power must dominate and control the Eurasian “heartland” to ensure no Eastern rivalry. Through the export of Opium, China was subjugated, and through export of Marxism, both China and Russia experienced the havoc of Western-born ideological materialism.

It is precisely this same utilitarian Anglo-empiricist, pragmatist philosophy that has ultimately turned on its own populace in a parasitical fashion unheard of for past empires. Promising sensual and economic utopia, the export of Bolshevism to Russia on the part of the Atlantic banking power is not unlike the top-down social engineering strategy of the corporate elite applied against the U.S. population itself. The great delusion is that the West is “free,” when it is entering an era of incomparably greater enslavement than the Soviet experiment. The only difference is that the foolish Western populace cannot grasp their subjugation is at the hands of Marxist corporations. 

The central banks, the Fortune 100, and their shareholders love cultural Marxism and command-and-control, socialist economic models because such parasitic systems are the quickest way to consolidate wealth and transfer the actually valuable assets to the reigning oligarchy. Under such a regime, the opposition will inevitably all be branded “terrorists,” as the appellation is already being extended beyond Saudi and CIA-borne jihadists. And after it reaches the average person, the conditioning will be so strong that any thoughts, words, actions or potential pre-crime actions will also follow under the elastic notion of “terror.”

Terrorism is thus a social weapon, not of indigenous, individual “actors” and lone wolves, but stage-managed dupes, the patsies and tools of an international oligarchical cartel, as Orwell demonstrated in 1984 with the fictional villain of Immanuel Goldstein. Indeed, who funds these groups? (We saw who, above). The most obvious fact of the contradiction of the “War on Terror” (TM) is that it almost always works to further Washington’s domestic and geopolitical aims. Terror, then, is like Trotsky’s notion of perpetual war – perpetual war on the psyche of the globe (it’s acting local and thinking global), as a phase in the dialectical convergence on the path to the World State. And that’s how terror is engineered.
