Sid Lukkassen haalt Avondland en Identiteit (Aspekt 2015) erbij en geeft tegenvoorbeelden. Zijn cultuur, geschiedenis en bevolkingsopbouw niet minstens zo belangrijk voor de voorspoed van een beschaving als kapitalisme? Ze filosoferen over geld en principes, over de kracht van idealen, over hiphop als laatste verdedigingslinie van het kapitalisme.

Uiteindelijk komt hun gesprek op de black lives matter beweging en hun activisten die nu een leerstoel eisen op de universiteit over diversiteit en dekolonisatie. Yernaz antwoordt dat juist het progressieve overheidsbeleid enorme schade toebracht aan de black nuclear family.

U.S. War on Russia and China Will Mean Ruin for the Whole of Europe and Asia.

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, commenting on NATO’s recent military exercises in Poland and the Baltics.

Frank-Walter Steinmeier’s cry of distress is that of a man watching a tidal wave of destruction gathering force, similar to ones that have engulfed his country twice in the 20^th Century.  His dread is not to be dismissed since it comes from a man who is in a position to know what the U.S. is up to.  His words reflect the fears of ever more people across all of the Eurasia from France in the West to Japan in the East.

Under the euphemism of “containment,” the U.S. is relentlessly advancing its new Cold War on Russia and China.  Its instrument in the West is NATO and in the East, Japan and whatever other worthies can be sharked up.

It is a Cold War that grows increasingly hotter, with proxy wars now raging in Eastern Ukraine and Syria and with confrontations in the South China Sea. There is an ever-growing likelihood that these points of tension will flare up into an all-out military conflict.

In the West, this conflict will begin in Eastern Europe and Russia, but it will not stop there.   All the European NATO countries would be on the front lines.  In the East, the conflict will take place in the Western Pacific in the region of China’s coast and in the peninsulas and island countries in the region, including Japan, the Philippines, and Indochina.

In each case, the US will be an ocean away, “leading from behind,” as Barack Obama would put it, or engaged in “offshore balancing” as some foreign policy “experts” might term it.

No matter the “victors,” all of the Eurasia, from France in the West to Japan in the East would be devastated.  No matter the outcome, the US could escape unscathed and “win” in this sense.  And all Eurasian nations would lose.  It would be World War II redux.

One can get a sense of what this means in the case of economic conflict by looking at the minimal economic warfare now being waged on Russia in the form of sanctions.   Those sanctions are hurting both Russia and the rest of Europe.  The US is untouched.

The same is also true for military conflict.  Want to know what it would look like?   Look at Eastern Ukraine.  All of the Eurasia could come to resemble that sorry nation in the event of a military conflict pitting the US and its allies against Russia and China.   Eurasia, be forewarned!

The goal of the US foreign policy elite would clearly be for Russia and China to “lose,” but even if they “won,” they would be brought low, leaving the US as the world’s greatest economic and military power as it was in 1945.

Europe is beginning to awaken to this.  We have Steinmeier’s plea above. But it is not only Germany that is worried.  The French Senate wants an end to the sanctions imposed on Russia.  Business people in many Western European countries, most notably in Germany and Italy, European farmers who export to Russia and tourist entrepreneurs like those in Turkey and Bulgaria also want an end to sanctions and military exercises.  Parties of the Right want an end to domination by NATO and Brussels, both controlled by the US.  The Brexit is just one rumbling of such discontent.

All these nations are growing increasingly aware of the fate that awaits them if overt conflict erupts with Russia.  The people of Germany want none of it.  Likewise, the people of Japan are stirring against the US effort to goad Japan into fighting China.  All remember the devastation of WWII.

Let’s recall the casualty figures, i.e., deaths, among the principal combatants of WWII:

• Soviet Union- 27,000,000 (14% of the population);
• China- 17,000,000 (3.5%);
• Germany- 7,000,000 (8.5%);
• Japan- 2,800,000 (4%).

By comparison, for the US, safely far offshore, the number was 419,000 (0.32%)!

And for a few other countries which “got in the way” of the major adversaries:

• Yugoslavia- 1,500,000 (9%)
• Poland- 6,000,000 (17%)
• French Indochina- 1,600,000 (6.11%)
• Philippines- 527,000 (3.29%)

One wonders what the leaders of Poland or the Philippines or some elements in Vietnam are thinking when they take a belligerent attitude to Russia or China in order to please the US.

The problem with this US strategy is that it could easily spill over into a nuclear conflict as nearly happened in the Cuban Missile Crisis.  Then the US too would be reduced to radioactive rubble.  The bet of the Western policy elite must be that Russia and China would not respond to a conventional war with a nuclear response.

However, Vladimir Putin has made it clear that in any war with the West, the US will feel the impact at once.  The neocons and the rest of the US foreign policy elite must be betting that Putin can do nothing because he would not use nuclear weapons.  So the destruction will be confined to Europe and Asia.

But that assumption is a dangerous one.  Nuclear weapons might not be used. Russia and China might respond with a conventional weapons attack on US cities.  In WWII Germany was able to wreak considerable devastation using conventional bombs on England delivered by airplanes and V2 rockets.  Similarly, the US was able to do enormous damage to Germany and to Japan with conventional weapons, especially fire bombing as in Tokyo and Dresden. Today technology has advanced greatly, and US cities have nuclear power plants nearby.

What is the likely outcome of a conventional war waged against US cities?  Do we wish to find out?  And once it begins where is the firewall against an all-out nuclear exchange?  Where are the neocons and the rest of the US foreign policy elite taking us?  Certainly, the damage will begin with Eurasia, but Americans would do well to worry that great swarms of chickens might come home to roost in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.  This is not the 20^th Century.

For some, the scenarios above might seem unduly alarmist.  They might doubt that the US elite would be capable of consciously unleashing such a vast bloodletting.  For those, it is useful to recall the words of President Harry S. Truman, who said in 1941, when he was still a Senator and before the US had entered WWII:

“If we see that Germany is winning the war, we ought to help Russia; and if that Russia is winning, we ought to help Germany, and in that way let them kill as many as possible. . . .”

Is that not what happened?

People of Eurasia, beware.

Dans l’émission L’Histoire immédiate (chaîne Histoire) du 6 juillet, Régis Debray observe que les évènements de mai 68 qu’il n’a pas vécus puisqu’il était en prison en Bolivie (de 1967 à 1971), marquent l’accélération décisive de l’américanisation de la France et de sa plongée dans le consumérisme. L’américanisation de la France grâce à Mao (les gauchistes maoïstes étaient en pointe dans le mouvement) : « Amusant... Ou bien non, pas amusant du tout », commente Debray avec une ironie un peu lasse. Trois jours plus tard, cette analyse aujourd’hui unanimement acceptée par les esprits hors-Système/antiSystème, trouve une confirmation opérationnelle en étendant la vertu de l’américanisation de 1968 à l’Europe.

Il est sans la moindre vergogne, mot inconnu chez lui puisqu’il a dirigé la Commission européenne pendant dix ans, ni la moindre conscience de sa condition de gredin, l’exceptionnellement insignifiant Barroso, Portugais gaucho-maoïste en 1968. En toute impudence parce que “pour le mérite”, il a donc reçu le 8 juillet son bâton de maréchal pour un travail si bien fait : une nomination à la direction internationale de Goldman-Sachs comme directeur honoraire et conseiller. Le montant du salaire annuel n’est pas communiqué : sans doute approche-t-on les sept chiffres, comme le bâton de maréchal que recevait (le passé est de rigueur) un général vainqueur d’une guerre compte en France sept étoiles. (Sept étoiles sur les champs de bataille d’antan : beaucoup moins que l’Europe d’aujourd’hui, et alors comment peut-on dire que le progrès est une idée dépassée ? L’UE de Goldman Sachs bien plus qu’un maréchal, et alors comment peut-on avancer que l’héroïsme n’existe plus ?)

Carney, du Washington Examiner, le 8 juillet (même aux USA, on s’aperçoit de la chose qui nous garantit la pureté des adversaires du Brexit) : « Jose Manuel Barroso was president of the European Commission (the central governing apparatus of the European Union) for a decade. His central mission was expansion and centralization of the EU. “More integration is simply indispensable for our economy,” Barroso said. He doubled the membership size. Barroso saw Britain's exit from the EU, the “Brexit,” as a horrible idea. “It will not be wise for Britain to now make a jump in the dark,” Barroso said. “It is quite obvious from my point of view that we are stronger if we are together.”

Van de meeste van onze apathische landgenoten hoeven we helaas niets te verwachten, dus moet onze redding van de in de maak zijnde Europese Superstaatdictatuur uit het flamboyante zuiden komen. De voortekenen dat de gewone man eindelijk in opstand gaat komen tegen de Europese politieke- en bankenelite, zijn het sterkst zichtbaar in Frankrijk en Italië. Massale protesten en stakingen ontregelen al wekenlang het openbare leven in Frankrijk, en in Italië is de eurokritische Vijf Sterren Beweging van Beppe Grillo in vier peilingen naar de eerste plaats gesneld. Grillo wil een referendum over het Italiaanse lidmaatschap van de eurozone organiseren.

Dat de Vijf Sterren Beweging een serieuze bedreiging voor de gevestigde orde vormt, bleek twee weken geleden al, toen de burgemeestersverkiezingen in de hoofdstad Rome werden gewonnen door de kandidaat van de nieuwe volkspartij.  Ook in Turijn, Napels en Triëst is de partij aan de macht gekomen. Inmiddels laat M5S de centrum-linkse Democratische Partij (PD) van premier Matteo Renzi met 30,6% tegen 29,8% achter zich. In andere peilingen is het verschil zelfs al 6%.

De premier lijkt behoorlijk in de war van de ontwikkelingen, want hij verklaarde zich te zullen inzetten voor een referendum over onder andere de beperking van de Italiaanse senaat, ‘niet omdat dit cruciaal is voor het lot van een individu (dus de burger), maar voor de toekomstige geloofwaardigheid van de Italiaanse politieke klasse.’ Mish Shedlock van het bekende MishTalk reageert: ‘Wow! Die verklaring is zo belachelijk, dat je je moet afvragen of Renzi niet stiekem wil dat het referendum mislukt.’

Dat referendum stelt tevens voor om iedere politieke partij die 40% van de stemmen krijgt, automatisch een meerderheid in het parlement te geven. Als geen enkele partij dat lukt, dan volgt er een tweestrijd, en zal de winnaar daarvan alsnog die meerderheid krijgen.

Honderden miljarden nodig om Italiaanse banken te ‘redden’

Renzi is ondertussen verwikkeld in een heftig politiek gevecht met de ECB en de Duitse bondskanselier Merkel, die zijn eis om honderden miljarden euro’s Europees belastinggeld in te zetten om de Italiaanse banken te redden, vooralsnog afwijzen. Als dat zo blijft, betekent dat waarschijnlijk een herhaling van het drama met de kleine Banca Ertruria, waar behalve grootaandeel- en obligatiehouders ook kleinere spaarders een groot deel of zelfs al hun geld kwijtraakten in een ‘bail-in’ om de bank overeind te houden.

Zoals we al eerder schreven leidde dat tot de zelfmoord van een Italiaanse gepensioneerde, die zijn in tientallen jaren opgebouwde spaargeld van iets meer dan een ton kwijtraakte, en feitelijk naar de bankmanagers zag gaan.

Shedlock vroeg zich eerder deze week al af of de EU gezien alle plannen en maatregelen van Brussel kan ‘overleven als een gevangenis voor zijn onderdanen... Het korte antwoord is dat de kiezers dit beslissen, en ze zijn nu al woedend. Als er bail-ins komen, betekent dat zonder twijfel het einde van de regering Renzi.’

Renzi dreigt impliciet met omvallen Deutsche Bank

Overigens wijst de Italiaanse premier terecht op de enorme risico’s die de EU loopt met de Deutsche Bank, die voor tientallen biljoenen euro’s zeer risicovolle speculaties (derivaten) op de balansen heeft staan. De verhouding is volgens Renzi zelfs 1 op de 100, waarbij 1 de slechte leningen van de Italiaanse banken zijn, en 100 de derivatenzeepbel van DB.

Renzi lijkt er dan ook impliciet mee te dreigen dat als de honderden miljarden voor de Italiaanse banken er niet komen, deze zullen omvallen, en Deutsche Bank in hun val zullen meesleuren. En daarmee zal het hele financiële systeem in Europa instorten, met ernstige wereldwijde consequenties.

‘Deze mate van krankzinnigheid is precies waarom de euro verdoemd is,’ concludeert Shedlock. ‘Stap er nu uit! Ik herhaal mijn waarschuwing van december: Haal nu je geld weg van de Italiaanse banken!’ (1)

Miljoenen demonstranten leggen Frankrijk lam

Hoewel Frankrijk deze weken vooral op TV komt vanwege het EK voetbal, vinden er buiten de stadions almaar massaler wordende volksprotesten plaats, waar de media nauwelijks over willen berichten. Het aantal demonstranten tegen het beleid van de socialistische president en regering is gegroeid van tienduizenden naar miljoenen.

Op het alternatieve nieuwsportaal ‘YourNewsWire.com’ is te lezen dat op de straten van veel steden anarchie heerst. Duizenden gemaskerde demonstranten voeren felle straatgevechten met de politie, die onder andere waterkanonnen inzet. De demonstranten zouden echter al gesteund worden door miljoenen Fransen, die de uitbuiting en verwurging van de arbeidersklasse door de elite spuugzat zijn.

EU krijgt de schuld van ellende

Veel Fransen geven de EU er de schuld van dat hun land er financieel en economisch zo slecht voorstaat. ‘Alle landen nemen de EU richtlijnen over, die enkel de belangen van de kapitalisten dienen,’ legde een demonstrant tegen Russia Today uit. Naast de hervormingen op de arbeidsmarkt en de EU is ook het TTIP vrijhandelsverdrag met de VS een belangrijk thema.

Toeristen ondervinden veel overlast van de stakingen en demonstraties. Zo werd de toegang tot de Eiffeltoren onlangs opnieuw geblokkeerd omdat een deel van het personeel het werk had neergelegd.

Regering Valls grijpt naar ondemocratische machtsmiddelen

De regering van premier Valls probeert de massa demonstraties te verbieden, maar mede omdat die worden gesteund door de vakbonden, zorgt dat alleen maar voor nog meer woede onder het volk. Desondanks probeert de regering nu via allerlei wettelijke trucjes het parlement buitenspel te zetten, zodat de protesten hard kunnen worden bestreden. Uit een opiniepeiling bleek dat 73% van de bevolking ‘geschokt’ is dat de politici steeds vaker naar dit soort ondemocratische machtsmiddelen grijpen om hun zin door te drijven (2).

Volksopstand, revolutie, burgeroorlog?

Conclusie: onze berichten van enige weken geleden dat er een nieuwe revolutie in Frankrijk broeit, zijn beslist niet overdreven. En vlak ook de Italianen niet uit; wij verwachten dat de grote volksopstand tegen de elite als eerste in deze twee landen zal losbarsten. Als de politiek dan nog steeds weigert naar het volk te luisteren, dan zouden die opstanden wel eens op burgeroorlogen kunnen uitlopen.

By examining Hillary Clinton's foreign policy record, Pat Harrington concludes that she is a warmonger who favours more US intervention across the globe.

We know quite a bit about Clinton and her foreign policy. What we know indicates that she is a warmonger and interventionist – as bad as any Republican ‘hawk’. I believe that her record on foreign policy should concern not just Americans but the world. A Clinton presidency is likely to lead to confrontations around the globe.

During her period in the Senate (2001-2008), she sat on the Armed Services Committee. The Village Voice dubbed her ‘Mama Warbucks’ in 2005. Clinton voted for war against Iraq and peddled the same lies as Tony Blair and his dodgy dossier. In a speech to the Senate in 2002 she said:

In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members…

It was not until December 2006, as she began her first presidential campaign, that she changed her position by blaming her original viewpoint on bad intelligence during a spot on NBC’s Today programme. ‘If we knew then what we know now, I certainly wouldn’t have voted that way’, she said in reference to her initial support for the Iraq War.

When Clinton was US Secretary of State between 2009 and 2013, she showed the same eagerness for threatening or for the actual use of force. Anne-Marie Slaughter, Clinton’s Director of Policy Planning at the State Department, said of her, ‘When the choice is between action and inaction, and you’ve got risks in either direction, which you often do, she’d rather be caught trying.’  She is therefore an interventionist by nature.

To give you an understanding of what this interventionist instinct brings about, I want to look at some of the countries she has directed it toward and its consequences.

Honduras

In 2009, the State Department supported the CIA-backed coup against Honduras’ democratically elected President, Manuel Zelaya.

E-mails subsequently released from Clinton’s time as Secretary of State show that some of her top aides urged her to dub the putsch a military coup and to cut off US aid. She refused to do so. Instead, the US pushed for the world to recognise the coup’s new government.

In her memoir, Hard Choices, she described the events in Honduras as a ‘victory for democracy’.

The coup was followed by a wave of political violence which targeted a range of activists. Statistics from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) show that the murder rate increased from 60.8 per 100,000 in 2008 to 81.8 in 2010 following the coup, continuing to increase to 91.4 in 2011 and remaining high at 90.4 in 2012. Honduras is now a corrupt narco-state.

Kosovo

During the 1999 Kosovo War, in which Bill Clinton called in NATO to bomb Belgrade (resulting in 500 civilian deaths), Hillary, whilst traveling in Africa, telephoned her husband to offer him some advice. ‘I urged him to bomb’, she told reporter Lucinda Frank. As First Lady from January 1993, she encouraged her husband, and later also his Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, to attack Serbian forces in the disintegrating Yugoslavia – not just in Bosnia in 1994 but also in Serbia in 1999.

When Hillary Clinton visited Pristina as Secretary of State, her support for Kosovo was clear: “For me, my family and my fellow Americans this is more than a foreign policy issue,” she affirmed. “It is personal.”

Whilst the case for some form of intervention in Kosovo is more hotly debated than those in other areas, the events which led to the recognition of the state by President George W Bush had unintended consequences. At the time, Russian President Putin said:

The precedent of Kosovo is a terrible precedent, which will de facto blow apart the whole system of international relations, developed not over decades, but over centuries. They have not thought through the results of what they are doing. At the end of the day it is a two-ended stick and the second end will come back and hit them in the face.

The Republic of Crimea proclaimed its independence from Ukraine on 11 March 2014, citing the Kosovo precedent.

Afghanistan

As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton supported the ‘surge’ in Afghanistan: she supported sending a further 40,000 US troops there (on top of the 70,000 which were already present).

Despite the high level of civilian casualties, Clinton has long been a strong supporter of drone strikes in Afghanistan and Pakistan. In an interview with The Guardian in July 2014, Clinton said:

Clearly, the efforts that were made by the United States, in cooperation with our allies in Afghanistan and certainly the Afghan government, to prevent the threat that was in Pakistan from crossing the border, killing Afghans, killing Americans, Brits and others, was aimed at targets that had been identified and were considered to be threats. The numbers about potential civilian casualties I take with a somewhat big grain of salt because there has been other studies which have proven there not to have been the number of civilian casualties. But also in comparison to what? The Pakistani armed services were always saying, ‘Well, let us bomb these places.’ That would have been far more devastating in terms of casualties. But of course anyone who is an innocent bystander, especially a child, who’s caught up in any operation against terrorists, that is a cause of great concern and it is a cause of real disappointment and regret on our part.

Armed conflict in Afghanistan continues. Afghanistan now produces around 90 per cent of the world’s heroin. The Taliban had banned the production of opium in 2000.

Syria

In 2011, as Arab regimes were overthrown in the so-called ‘Arab Spring’, Hillary’s State Department decided to withdraw diplomatic recognition of Syria. The US began to help the armed opposition, secretly at first. Although there was much talk of assisting a ‘moderate opposition’, it soon became clear that the ‘allies’ Clinton wanted to use to topple the secular Syrian regime were radical Islamists aligned with the al-Nusra Front, a branch of al-Qaeda. Yet, even now, Clinton defends US intervention in Syria, speaking of a ‘failure to help build up a credible fighting force of the people who were the originators of the protests against Assad – there were Islamists, there were secularists, there was everything in the middle – the failure to do that left a big vacuum, which the jihadists have now filled.’ Clinton expresses no regret over the civil war she helped start in Syria. Her only regret is that more arms and ammunition were not supplied to her favoured side. In recent debates, Clinton has advocated a no-fly zone over Syria: ‘ I am advocating the no-fly zone both because I think it would help us on the ground to protect Syrians; I’m also advocating it because it gives us some leverage in our conversations with Russia.’ The potential for conflict with Russia and Iran, both of whom are supporting the Syrian government, is both obvious and frightening.

The result of her policies toward Syria is that millions of Syrians have been displaced, and that refugees are drowning in the Mediterranean or else threatening the stability and identity of Greece, Turkey, and the European Union itself. Not to mention the fact that ISIS has a base in Syria from which to launch terrorist attacks across the world.

Libya

Clinton was an enthusiastic player in the destruction of the Libyan state by the US and NATO during 2011. Robert M Gates, the Secretary of Defense at the time, described President Obama’s decision to intervene as a ’51-49′ proposition, adding, ‘I’ve always thought that Hillary’s support for the broader mission in Libya put the president on the 51 side of the line for a more aggressive approach.’ It started with a ‘no-fly zone’, allegedly to protect civilians and dressed-up in all kinds of humanitarian language, and ended with a US-led bombing campaign which killed over 1,100 civilians. Her humanitarianism was absent in an interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer. She was asked about the brutal murder of Col. Gadaffi by jihadists (after being sodomised with a knife on camera). Paraphrasing Julius Caesar, she said, ‘We came, we saw, he died!’ amidst much laughter and chuckling.

The result of her policies in Libya is that the country descended into civil war. Unsecured arms stashes in Libya soon spread west across the African Sahel and east to Syria. The Libyan catastrophe has led to war in Mali, made more weapons available to Boko Haram in Nigeria, and assisted ISIS in Syria and Iraq. One could also reference the persecution of Black Africans and Tuaregs within Libya and the emergence of Benghazi as a jihadist stronghold.

Clinton has continued to defend US intervention in Libya, claiming that the situation would have been worse without it: ‘We would be looking at something much more resembling Syria now.’

NATO

As Senator in 2008, Hillary co-sponsored 2008-SR439, which called to integrate Ukraine and Georgia into NATO. Whilst Clinton was Secretary of State, two more countries, Albania and Croatia, joined the US-dominated alliance. Many Russians believe they are now surrounded by an anti-Russian military alliance along their borders, stretching from the Baltic states in the north to Romania and Bulgaria. Clinton favours even further expansion.

Israel

As Secretary of State, Clinton oversaw the Obama Administration’s first attempt to broker an Israeli-Palestinian peace deal. She took a stance against Jewish settlements on land claimed by the Palestinians. However, in her memoir she noted that ‘[o]ur early hard line on settlements didn’t work.’

During her last year as Secretary of State, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz characterised her as ‘Israel’s new lawyer’ in response to her sympathetic view toward Binyamin Netanyahu’s 2014 bombardment of Gaza and his desire to maintain ‘security’ throughout the occupied West Bank.

More recently, Clinton drew applause for a speech to lobbyists for Israel when she declared,

The United States and Israel must be closer than ever, stronger than ever, and more determined than ever to overcome our common adversaries and advance our shared values. […] We will never allow Israel’s adversaries to think a wedge can be driven between us,” she said, explaining that when the U.S. and Israel have differences, she would work quickly to resolve them.

Clinton further added that America and Israel ‘must take our alliance to the next level’ through reaching a new 10-year memorandum of understanding on defence ‘as soon as possible’.

Iran

Clinton still publicly favours the Iran nuclear deal. In fact, she has claimed that it was her work to impose ‘crippling sanctions’ that forced Iran to the negotiating table. She said that the deal ‘put a lid’ on the Iranian nuclear programme by increasing Iran’s potential breakout time and creating new  verification measures. Nevertheless, she said that the approach to Iran should be ‘distrust and verify’.

Her language toward Iran is bellicose:

This deal must come with vigorous enforcement…and a broader strategy to confront Iran’s aggression across the region,” said Clinton. “We cannot forget that Tehran’s fingerprints are on almost every conflict across the Middle East….There’s a big difference between talking about holding Tehran accountable and actually doing it…. The United States will act to stop [Iranian violations of the nuclear deal] and we will do so with force if necessary.

China

A Clinton presidency is a concern to China.

The State Department’s traditional stance  was that ‘we take no position’ on the Sino-Japanese dispute concerning sovereignty over the Senkaku/Daioyutai islands in the East China Sea, which had been seized by Japan in 1895. As Secretary of State, Clinton departed from this by emphasising that the islands fall within the defence perimeter of the US-Japanese alliance.

In a 2011 interview, Clinton attacked China’s ‘deplorable’ human rights record, calling the government’s efforts to crack down on dissent ‘a fool’s errand’. China is wary of the way in which human rights issues are used tactically by the United States to sow dissent abroad and soften domestic public opinion for confrontation. No fools, those Chinese!

In 2010, she intervened in the South China Sea disputes at the ASEAN Regional Forum. Beginning by stating that Washington had no stake in the territorial disputes, she then laid out US interests in the South China Sea: ‘[A] national interest in freedom of navigation, open access to Asia’s maritime commons, and respect for international law in the South China Sea.’  Clinton further said that ‘legitimate claims to maritime space in the South China Sea should be derived solely from legitimate claims to land features’. China took this to mean that the US views the nine-dash line, which encircles almost all of the South China Sea, as not a ‘legitimate claim’.

China’s then-Foreign Minister, Yang Jiechi, walked out of the meeting. When he returned, he told the ASEAN members, ‘China is a big country and other countries are small countries, and that’s just a fact.’

China is deeply suspicious of Clinton and her views on rebalance which were set out in her 2011 Foreign Policy article, ‘America’s Pacific Century’. China views this as part of a strategy of containment.

The state-run China Daily commented regarding her departure as Secretary of State, ‘Clinton always spoke with a unipolar voice and never appeared interested in the answers she got.’

Conclusion

A brief look at the record and statements of Hillary Clinton shows how frightening the prospect of her becoming the American President is. Her confrontational instinct has led only to misery and death. We should all be very concerned about this woman gaining one of the most powerful positions in the world. My next article will explore whether Donald Trump is a better choice.

Anti-globalistische, anti-immigratie en anti-islam pagina’s worden door Facebook offline gehaald, maar dit soort haatzaaiende moordoproepen tegen blanke agenten mogen gewoon blijven staan, of worden zelfs gepromoot.

Vaste lezers weten dat we het al jaren geleden voor het eerst ter sprake brachten: een mogelijke rassenoorlog in de Verenigde Staten, welbewust ontketent door president Obama, met als doel de verkiezingen te annuleren als het Witte Huis in ‘verkeerde handen’ dreigt te vallen. Het behoeft geen uitleg dat Donald Trump voor ongeveer alles staat wat Obama en Hillary Clinton de afgelopen jaren hebben geprobeerd af te breken, zoals de soevereiniteit, vrijheid, vrede en welvaart in niet alleen de VS, maar het hele Westen en ver daarbuiten. De moord op 5 agenten gisteren in Dallas lijkt in tegenstelling tot de wederom valse berichten in de massamedia een goed voorbereide actie, bedoeld om een rassenoorlog van zwart tegen blank te ontketenen.

Rassenoorlog al jaren in de maak

Een klokkenluider bij het Amerikaanse ministerie van Justitie onthulde al in 2012 dat Obama uiterlijk in zijn laatste jaar een rassenoorlog zou proberen te ontketenen. Volgens Infowars voorman Alex Jones is inmiddels aangetoond dat de racistische en gewelddadige BlackLivesMatter beweging, dat herhaaldelijk openlijk oproept tot het vermoorden van zoveel mogelijk blanken, rechtstreeks wordt aangestuurd door minister van Justitie Loretta Lynch, die er afgelopen week ook voor zorgde dat Hillary Clinton niet vervolgd wordt voor het email-schandaal, een misdrijf waar andere Amerikanen zwaar voor werden en worden gestraft.

Google, Facebook, Twitter en Apple zitten allemaal in hetzelfde linkse schuitje. Facebook hing bij zijn hoofdkwartier zelfs een enorm spandoek op om BlackLivesMatter te steunen. Talloze pagina’s op Facebook waar de moord op blanke agenten en blanken in het algemeen wordt verheerlijkt, blijven gewoon online staan, terwijl het bedrijf ‘rechtse’ en ‘libertarische’ sites blokkeert, en onlangs nog de pagina van de bekende Duitse auteur Udo Ulfkotte, die waarschuwt voor de moslimmigranten invasie in Europa, offline haalde.

Zwarte sheriff: ‘Racisme en ongelijke behandeling is onzin’

Het eerste wat president Obama gisteren deed na het uitspreken van zijn afschuw was kritiek leveren op de politie in Dallas, die zich niet zou hebben ‘hervormd’. De zwarte sheriff van Milwaukee, David Clarke, zelf ook een Democraat, verklaarde op Fox News dat Obama en Hillary Clinton de ‘oorlog tegen agenten aanmoedigen, om daarmee verdeeldheid en hysterie te zaaien, en dit vervolgens voor hun eigen politieke doelstellingen te gebruiken. Obama heeft het over racisme en ongelijke behandeling van kleurlingen... dat is allemaal onzin. Maar hij gebruikt dit soort krachttermen om de woede tegen de Amerikaanse politieagent aan te wakkeren. Hij moet daarmee kappen.’ (2)

Clarke vervolgde dat de hele Amerikaanse politie erop hoopt dat Donald Trump president wordt, omdat ze iemand nodig hebben die weer achter hen gaat staan. De beruchte zwarte racistische haatzaaier Jesse Jackson gaf Trump en zijn aanhang juist de schuld van alles. BlackLivesMatter dreigde vervolgens dat er de komende tijd nog veel aanslagen op blanke agenten zullen volgen. En dat is inmiddels gebeurd: in Tennessee, Missouri en Georgia zijn inmiddels 3 blanke agenten door zwarten neergeschoten. Jones: ‘Dit is verschrikkelijk. Niemand wil toch een rassen- of zelfs een burgeroorlog?’

Staat-van-beleg om verkiezingen te annuleren

BlackLivesMatter vertegenwoordigers praten inmiddels met minister Lynch over het uitroepen van de staat-van-beleg door de regering, zodat zowel de Democratische als Republikeinse Conventies moeten worden afgezegd, en de verkiezingen in november voor onbepaalde tijd kunnen worden opgeschort. Op deze wijze probeert de elite in de VS te voorkomen dat anti-globalist Donald Trump aan de macht komt. De New York Post heeft als eerste grote krant inmiddels de gevreesde term ‘burgeroorlog’ gebruikt.

Jones: ‘Dit zijn allemaal klassieke communistische tactieken om een land omver te werpen. Het minister van Justitie heeft er al voor gepleit dat de VN de controle krijgt over de politie. Obama en (de extreemlinkse multimiljardair) George Soros zitten hierachter.’

Zwarten vermoorden alleen al in Chicago 8 x zoveel zwarten

‘Maar laat me jullie eens wat vertellen: ik heb complete boeken geschreven over het geweld van de politie! Maar ik wil de zaken hervormen, geen burgeroorlog veroorzaken. Sinds de politie 3 jaar geleden het bevel kreeg het rustiger aan te doen in zwarte wijken, is de misdaad daar meer dan verdrievoudigd. In 2015 werden in Chicago 2000 mensen neergeschoten, waarvan 92% zwarten. Meer dan 500 kwamen daarbij om het leven. En dit jaar staat de teller nu al op meer dan 2000! En de daders? Hoofdzakelijk andere zwarten. Dat zijn in één stad veel meer doden dan alle agenten in het hele land jaarlijks veroorzaken (vorig jaar 990, waarvan 258 zwarten).’

Orde uit chaos: zo willen de globalisten alle macht grijpen

Jones denkt dat de globalisten bewust een rassenoorlog in de VS willen ontketenen, omdat ze zien dat het gewone volk in opstand tegen de elite begint te komen, tegen de vrijhandelsverdragen, tegen het uitwissen van de grenzen, tegen politieke unies zoals de EU, tegen massale moslimimmigratie. En wat de globalisten uiteindelijk willen is duidelijk: een wereldregering, waarin zij alle macht hebben. Om dat te bereiken volgt men het beruchte ‘Ordo ab Chao’, orde uit chaos, recept. In Europa moet dat een andere variant van de rassenoorlog worden, namelijk een van de miljoenen migranten, gesteund door hun linkse kompanen, tegen de autochtone Europese volken.

L’Inde et le Pakistan entrent dans le Groupe de Shanghai le jour du Brexit

Pour le professeur Alfredo Jalife-Rahme, le principal géopoliticien latino-américain, la concomitance de la sortie du Royaume-Uni de l’Union européenne et de l’entrée de l’Inde et du Pakistan dans l’Organisation de coopération de Shanghai marque le basculement du monde. Désormais, la déglobalisation est en marche.

L’Organisation de coopération de Shanghai représente désormais les deux tiers de la population mondiale. Elle comprend la première économie mondiale (la Chine) et la première puissance militaire conventionnelle (la Russie).

La chute du Mur de Berlin en 1989 avait imposé l’unipolarité stratégique des États-Unis, et la globalisation financière toxique, ce qui a répandu une inégalité monstrueuse, aux niveaux local, régional et global, assortie de chômage massif et d’une austérité asphyxiante. 

Le Brexit, un demi-siècle après l’étape pernicieuse de dérégulation thatchériste, et vingt-sept ans après la chute du Mur de Berlin, ouvre le chemin à une douloureuse déglobalisation  [1] ; cela implique des changements géostratégiques, et accentue le dynamisme de la multipolarité.

Le Brexit constitue la plaque tectonique en mouvement : et cet ébranlement aura des conséquences profondes pour le nouvel ordre global que je qualifie de tripolaire : États-Unis, Russie et Chine.

À court et moyen terme, le Brexit équivaut à la chute du Mur de Berlin.

À plus long terme, à l’échelle du temps long de Fernand Braudel, c’est un anti-Waterloo : c’est un renversement de tendance par rapport à la trajectoire ascendante de la Grande-Bretagne depuis sa victoire militaire décisive, il y a 201 ans, dans l’ancienne Belgique, devenue précisément siège d’une Union Européenne en voie de dislocation.

Pour l’éditorialiste du Global Times chinois, « le futur paysage de la politique globale va probablement conduire des changements d’envergure, comparables à ceux dont on a la trace dans l’histoire géologique avec la fracture de l’ancien super-continent Gondwana il y a 180 millions d’années » [2].

Les pions dispersés de l’UE vont se partager entre la Russie et les États-Unis, la Chine restant à l’arrière-plan.

Dans la façon dont les trois super-puissances racontent la chose, se dessine peut-être le noyau du nouvel ordre global qui va naître du Brexit : les États-Unis disent que c’est la Russie qui a gagné, la Chine assure que c’est le dollar qui a gagné et l’euro qui a perdu, tandis que la Russie assure que c’est la Chine qui a gagné.

De façon prémonitoire, trois jours avant le Brexit, le diabolique méga-spéculateur George Soros —qui a sérieusement contribué au démantèlement de l’Union européenne et de l’euro, en maniant à sa guise migrants et capitaux mobiles—, entrevoyait déjà la Russie comme la puissance globale émergente, dans le mouvement même de la vaporisation de l’Union [3].

Le Premier ministre de Hongrie, Victor Orban, avait déjà souligné la responsabilité de Soros, quand il a favorisé la crise migratoire du Proche-Orient afin de faire couler l’Europe [4].

Ce n’est pas par hasard si Soros est déjà l’un des principaux bénéficiaires du tsunami financier causé par le Brexit, pour avoir misé sur l’effondrement de la Bourse et la hausse de l’or [5].

Maintenant, Soros fait le pari d’anéantir la principale banque allemande/européenne, la Deutsche Bank, de façon à avantager les banksters de Wall Street et de la City [6].

Mon article de l’année dernière aura été prémonitoire : « La Grande Bretagne quitte l’Europe pour la Chine : une alliance géofinancière avec hollandisation », tandis que la complémentarité des plus grandes réserves de devises de la Chine avec le savoir-faire financiériste de la City construit l’échafaudage multipolaire pour le nouvel ordre géofinancier du XXI° siècle [7].

Proche de ma façon d’aborder le sujet, c’est Thierry Meyssan, directeur du Réseau Voltaire, qui ajoute que le Brexit, appuyé par la reine d’Angleterre et la réorientation de la Grande-Bretagne vers le yuan chinois, équivaut à la chute du Mur de Berlin et accélère la redistribution des cartes de la géopolitique mondiale [8].

Dans mon article précédent [9], je soulignais la simultanéité géostratégique suivante : le jour même où l’UE commençait à imploser, le groupe de Shanghai (OSC) se réunissait, pour son seizième sommet, à Tachkent (Ouzbékistan), où se sont retrouvés le tsar Vladimir Poutine et le mandarin Xi, et ils approuvaient le protocole d’adhésion de deux grands poids lourds nucléaires : l’Inde et le Pakistan [10]. C’est bien la fin d’une ère [11].

En fait il y a eu deux poussées géostratégiques dans la mesure où, le lendemain du Brexit et après avoir assisté au sommet du Groupe de Shanghai à Tachkent, Poutine a réalisé une visite de deux jours en Chine, pour y approfondir les liens stratégiques avec Xi.

Et ces deux rencontres, celle de Tachkent et celle de Pékin, ont été escamotées par les médias désinformateurs de l’Occident angoissé.

Avec son sarcasme légendaire, le tsar Poutine, sept jours avant le Brexit, admettait, lors de la réunion financière de Saint-Pétersbourg, que les États-Unis « sont encore probablement la seule superpuissance mondiale », au moment où il « se prépare à travailler avec celui qui héritera de la présidence à Washington, quel qu’il soit », sans pour autant « accepter que les États-uniens lui dictent la conduite à tenir » [12].

Le jour même du Brexit, deux puissances nucléaires du sous-continent indien étaient admis dans le Groupe de Shanghai, ce qui veut dire : 110 à 120 ogives nucléaires pour l’Inde [13], et de 110 à 130 ogives pour le Pakistan [14].

Le Daily Times en déduit que l’adhésion du Pakistan est fort significatif, sur la scène géopolitique en plein bouleversement [15].

Avec moins d’enthousiasme cependant que le Pakistan, The Hindu exulte à l’idée que l’Inde et le Pakistan vont être des membres de plein droit de l’OSC ; on peut supposer que la Chine parraine le Pakistan, et la Russie l’Inde [16].

Or tout n’est pas rose dans le Groupe de Shanghai, car, selon Yang Jin, de l’Académie des Sciences sociales de Chine, la « crise financière globale, les prix en baisse des matières premières de première nécessité (staple commodities) et la détérioration des échanges qui découle des sanctions économiques appliquées à la Russie ont exercé des effets négatifs sur la stabilité (sic) et l’économie des membres de l’OCS », alors que « les grandes puissances (autrement dit les États-Unis, et plus précisément le « plan Brzezinki ») sont intervenus en profondeur dans les affaires régionales, perturbant les intérêts conjoints des membres de l’OCS », ce qui « a rendu difficile leur coopération circulaire » ; car à côté du binôme des superpuissances que sont la Chine et la Russie, quatre pays centre-asiatiques (Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Tadjikistan et Ouzbékistan) qui en sont membres, se disputent territoires, ressources en eau et ethnicité [17].

L’adhésion de l’Inde et du Pakistan au Groupe de Shanghai va-t-il lui donner un nouvel élan, après seize sommets décevants ?

Le problème de l’élargissement de l’OCS est qu’elle doit définir son objectif principal, la met face à un dilemme : constituer un bloc de sécurité militaire euro-asiatique pour contrecarrer l’Otan, ou intégrer sans plus un vulgaire bloc mercantiliste.

Le rapprochement entre l’ours russe et le dragon chinois, voilà l’évènement. Le People’s Daily affirme que l’association entre la Chine et la Russie sera un tournant implacable (sic) [18], tandis que Cao Siqi explique que la Chine et la Russie fortifient la stabilité globale et ont atteint un consensus contre l’hégémonie US [19].

Dans le Global Times, un éditorialiste considère que la pression des États-Unis resserre les liens entre la Chine et la Russie, alors que Washington est incapable d’abattre le dragon chinois et l’ours russe en même temps [20].

L’ancien régime est mort, vive la nouvelle ère !

Fronts du Donbass et de Syrie : deux théâtres d’une même guerre

Dans plusieurs articles et dans deux conférences données pour les « Journées eurasistes », patronnées par Laurent James à Bruxelles puis à Bordeaux, j’ai eu l’occasion de dire et de répéter que ces deux théâtres de guerre sont liés sur le plan stratégique. Je le répéterai ici car la prise de conscience de ces tragiques faits d’actualité peut contribuer à redonner aux Européens (et aux Russes) la conscience d’un destin commun : celui d’une civilisation bicéphale, ottonienne et rurikide en ses premiers fondements, non plus triomphante mais assiégée, martyre, conspuée comme un Heliand non reconnu par les homme triviaux, sans foi ni loi.

Revenons aux deux fronts de la guerre en cours : il serait sot d’imaginer que la situation en Syrie n’a rien à voir avec celle, bloquée, qui afflige les régions de l’Est de l’Ukraine. L’histoire nous enseigne que les deux régions sont des « régions-portails », des « gateway regions » sur les « rimlands » entourant le « heartland », la terre du milieu, dominée par la Russie. La notion géopolitique de « gateway région » ou « région-portail » a été mise en exergue par le stratégiste américain Saul B. Cohen dans plusieurs de ses essais et ouvrages. L’importance d’immobiliser, de détruire ou de bloquer les régions-portail est cruciale pour la stratégie globale actuelle et passée des Etats-Unis puisque celle-ci a toujours consisté à interdire le déploiement de synergies continentales sur la masse territoriale eurasiatique, dans le Vieux Monde ou sur l’Ile-monde du géopolitologue britannique Halford John MacKinder. Cette stratégie globale implique d’empêcher toute coopération sur le long terme entre l’Europe centrale et la Russie. La pratique consiste dès lors à créer artificiellement des conflits dans les régions-portail afin qu’elles ne puissent plus jouer leur rôle d’interface entre grandes régions d’Eurasie. On y créera des turbulences permanentes ou des guerres de longue durée en appuyant indirectement des intermédiaires, des « proxies », dont l’idéologie est toujours farfelue, délirante, criminelle et fanatique. Pendant des décennies, les régions-portail seront inutilisables, ne pourront plus servir à joindre des énergies constructives.

La partie de l’Ukraine située à l’Est de la Crimée a relié jadis l’Europe (représentée par les comptoirs génois et partiellement vénitiens) au reste de l’Asie aux temps de Marco Polo, des grands khans mongols et plus tard encore, bien que dans une moindre mesure. La côte syrienne était la porte d’entrée des longues routes terrestres vers l’Inde et la Chine. La nécessité vitale de contrôler cette voie d’accès a amené l’Europe occidentale à lancer huit croisades durant notre moyen-âge (Spengler nous expliquait toutefois que la notion de « moyen-âge » n’est valide que pour nous).

Les réalités géographiques sont stables et permanentes. Elles seules sont significatives, au-delà des régimes ou des personnalités politiques, des idéologies ou même des religions. Tous les oripeaux idéalistes, utilisés pour susciter des guerres inutiles ou, pour être plus exact et précis, des guerres retardatrices (Carl Schmitt), sont autant de dérivatifs lourds et parasitaires pour aveugler les naïfs. MacKinder a voulu nous l’expliquer dans son livre magistral et plus ou moins oublié aujourd’hui, Democratic Ideals and Realities, qui a connu plusieurs éditions, chaque fois remaniées, entre 1919 et 1947.

Aujourd’hui, si les deux régions-portail en ébullition étaient pacifiées, les puissances économiques situées à l’Est et à l’Ouest de celles-ci, pourraient permettre l’acheminement de biens et de matières premières par voies terrestres, oléoducs et gazoducs, chemins de fer entre l’Asie orientale, l’Iran et l’Europe (dans le cas de la Syrie) et entre la Chine, la Russie et l’Allemagne (dans le cas de l’Ukraine). Ce qui est important aujourd’hui, et donc ne pourrait subir d’entraves artificielles, ce sont les projets postmarxistes et « listiens » de la Chine : elle les a imaginés et a commencé à les mettre en œuvre grâce aux surplus qu’elle a pu engendrer en devenant le principal atelier du monde. Elle envisage de les réaliser dans le cadre des BRICS et/ou du Groupe de Shanghai, avec l’assentiment de la Russie et du Kazakhstan.

Je parle ici très spécifiquement de projets « listiens » dans le cadre de cette grande organisation continentale car Friedrich List fut le principal théoricien du développement dans l’histoire du monde. Il demeure un classique de la pensée politique concrète et reste d’une grande actualité. Il ne faut jamais oublier que List impulsa le développement des chemins de fer dans l’Allemagne non encore industrialisée de la première moitié du 19^ème siècle, initiative qui a permis l’unification territoriale des Etats allemands (du Zollverein à la proclamation du II° Reich à Versailles en 1871) et leur industrialisation fulgurante. Sans List, personne n’aurait jamais parlé d’une puissance allemande, politique et économique. Ce fut aussi List qui dressa les plans du creusement de canaux économico-stratégiques aux Etats-Unis (il fut fait citoyen américain), de façon à relier les régions des Grands Lacs aux ports de la côte est. En Allemagne encore, il propose aux cercles d’avant-garde politique, qui ne souhaitaient pas végéter dans l’aimable désordre de la Kleinstaaterei, de relier par canaux les bassins fluviaux de la Vistule à la Meuse dans la plaine nord-européenne alors dominée par la Prusse. Sans le génie de List, personne n’aurait jamais pu parler de la puissance agricole globale des Etats-Unis : en effet, l’Etat américain n’aurait jamais pu exploiter correctement le « wheat belt », la « ceinture de blé », du Middle West sans l’existence précoce d’un moyen de transport de masse vers les ports de l’Atlantique. De plus, l’approvisionnement aisé des grandes villes de la côte atlantique a permis d’attirer une immigration de grande ampleur venue d’Europe. Le ravitaillement était assuré.   

Selon List, qui songeait en termes de multipolarité continentale et favorisait les projets d’unification pacifiques sous l’égide du développement technologique, le rôle de l’Etat est justement de soutenir et de subventionner les moyens de communication pour susciter le développement de forces créatrices, industrielles, techniques et privées, appelées à croître. En ce sens, Joseph Schumpeter est son disciple. List appartient donc à une école libérale constructive, non handicapée par un fatras de notions idéologiques nauséeuses, présentées comme eudémonistes. Il est la figure de proue d’une école pragmatique efficace et non stupidement conservatrice de statu quo handicapants, qui a pu, dans le cadre des Lumières actives et non des Lumières bavardes, rejeter les aspects négatifs de l’idéologie libérale vulgaire qui oblitère l’Europe et l’eurocratisme aujourd’hui.

Les pionniers chinois du développement de l’Empire du Milieu se réclamaient de List, à la fin de l’ère impériale moribonde à la fin des années 1890 et aux débuts du défi lancé par les Républicains nationalistes de Sun Yatsen (qui réussit sa révolution en 1911). List a eu beaucoup de disciples chinois. Après les crises subies par la Chine au cours de la première moitié du 20^ème siècle, les guerres civiles, les troubles provoqués par les « warlords » en lutte les uns contre les autres, l’occupation japonaise, l’ère communiste et la révolution culturelle, la Chine a décidé de se débarrasser tacitement du marxisme de l’époque maoïste, sans faire trop de tapage pour ne pas ameuter les masses auparavant conditionnées et les membres du parti. Cette « dé-marxisation » silencieuse est en fait une redécouverte de List et de ses disciples actuels, des plans qu’ils ont pensés et qui ressemblent à ceux que le maître initial avait forgés pour l’Allemagne ou pour les Etats-Unis.

Ces plans ont donné la puissance économique, industrielle et agricole à ces deux pays. Les divagations idéologiques actuelles créent la confusion et font émerger des conflits empêchant l’éclosion et la mise en œuvre de développements utiles dans le domaine des communications, dont l’humanité toute entière pourrait bénéficier. C’est une politique belliciste et retardatrice (Carl Schmitt) qui a provoqué les guerres horribles et inutiles de Syrie et du Donbass. Et ces conflits pourraient, on l’imagine bien, être rapidement étendu au Caucase (Tchétchénie, Daghestan, Ossétie), aux provinces de l’Est de la Turquie (les Kurdes contre l’établissement turc), bloquant pour de longues décennies toute possibilité d’étendre les voies de communication ferroviaires, les oléoducs et gazoducs et les routes terrestres.

Le parti ADD s'estime "conservateur, libéral mais son programme est également social".

Le programme de base des trois fondateurs Remzi Aru, Ramazan Akbas et Halil Ertem se veut conciliant. Cependant, il ne laisse aucun doute sur les objectifs de soutien à la politique extérieure turque du président Erdogan.

Le parti ADD représente la population turque et tous les étrangers confondus. Il promeut le droit de vote communal pour tout étranger, même en situation transitoire. Les parents pourraient également déposer une voix pour chacun de leurs enfants. Autre aspect du programme : l’apprentissage de l’allemand oui, mais dans un cadre approprié (angemessener Umfang)(ndlr: nous traduirions "dans des proportions acceptables"). Les langues arabe, turque, kurde, albanaise, arménienne, araméenne, seraient enseignées,  par des personnes habilitées.

Pour les représentants de ce parti, l'islam fait partie de l'Allemagne. Ils comptent donc lutter contre une assimilation forcée, que ce soit de manière indirecte ou directe (sic) de la population musulmane (Wir sind gegen eine direkt oder indirekt erzwungene Assimilierung).

Bereiten NATO, Brüssel und Berlin einen Krieg gegen Rußland vor?

Diplom-Philosoph Peter Feist im Gespräch mit Michael Friedrich Vogt. Mit dem Internationalen Militärtribunal (IMT) 1946 wurden „Verschwörung gegen den Weltfrieden“ und die „Vorbereitung eines Angriffskrieges“ als Straftatbestand eingeführt. Die damaligen NS-Verantwortlichen wurden als Erste nach diesen neuen Gesetzen abgeurteilt. Seitdem ist dies das geltende Völkerrecht, und man sollte meinen, daß dieses auf jeden Politiker Anwendung finden sollte und gleichermaßen überall gültig sei. Doch genau dies ist (seit Jahrzehnten) nicht der Fall.

Vorsichtig formuliert könnte man meinen, daß genügend Hinweise und Indizien für die Vorbereitung eines Angriffskrieges seitens des Westens gegen Rußland existieren. In Polen wird seit Monaten eine Bürgerkriegsmiliz ausgebildet, weil angeblich „russische Invasoren“ vor der Tür ständen. Und so beachten wir eine zunehmende Hysterie und Propaganda seitens der NATO-Staaten gegen Rußland. Dieses Vorgehen könnte im Kreml auch einmal mißverstanden werden und so zu einer Katastrophe führen.

Die Frage eines Krieges gegen Rußland wurde in den letzten zwei Monaten nicht mehr nur theoretisch erörtert, sondern sie ist tatsächlich wie zu Zeiten des Kalten Kriegs wieder zu einer realen Frage (und realen Gefahr) geworden.

Peter Feist hofft, daß Putin weiterhin so besonnen reagiert wie bisher und sich nicht provozieren läßt. Ließe sich Putin jedoch auch nur ein einziges Mal zu einer militärischen Antwort provozieren, könnte sich die Eskalationsschraube binnen kürzester Zeit zu einem vernichtenden 3. Weltkrieg entwickeln.

Doch der Westen – speziell genannt seien die NATO-Staaten, Brüssel sowie Berlin – denkt nicht an Deeskalation. Neue Atomraketen werden gegen Rußland in Italien und Polen stationiert. Der Raketenabwehrschirm, der noch vor wenigen Jahren angeblich ausschließlich gegen den Iran errichtet wurde, wird modernisiert. Obwohl dafür nach dem Atomwaffendeal mit dem Iran kein Anlaß mehr besteht. Dennoch wird gerüstet, was das Zeug hält. Und Rußland? Rußland rüstet natürlich mit, um das strategische Gleichgewicht beizubehalten, was uns seit Jahrzehnten als Garant für den Weltfrieden verkauft wird.

Dabei zeigt die deutsch-russische Geschichte, daß es immer dann beiden Ländern besonders gut ging, wenn das deutsch-russische Verhältnis bestens war. Heute wäre Rußland innen-, sicherheits- und außenpolitisch der geborene und perspektivenreichste Partner für Deutschland und eine echte, inzwischen auch innenpolitische Alternative zum zunehmenden Verfall der westlichen Gesellschaft und ist von daher dem US-Imperialismus und seinen willigen Vasallen in Berlin ein Dorn im Auge: „Und im Kampf für Menschenrechte () ist es manchmal erforderlich, auch zu den Waffen zu greifen. () Deshalb gehört letztlich als letztes Mittel auch dazu, den Einsatz militärischer Mittel nicht von vornherein zu verwerfen“, so betreibt der BRD-Bundespräsidentendarsteller Gauck mit wohlgesetzten Worten Kriegshetze, um die BRD reif für einen Krieg gegen Rußland zu reden, und der Text zu dieser Kriegshetze stammt von einem amerikanischen Tinktank, dem „German Marshall Fund of the United States“, der mit seinem Strategiepapier „Neue Macht. Neue Verantwortung“ offenkundig das vordenkt und vorschreibt, was dann US-hörige BRD-Politik wird.

For some time I have been hammering at the theme that the main cultural and political problem of our time is not “secular humanism.” The problem with making secularism the central focus of opposition is that, by itself, secularism would totally lack the fanaticism, the demonic energy, the continuing and permanent drive to take over and remake the culture and the society, that has marked the left for two centuries. Logically, one would expect a secular humanist to be a passive skeptic, ready to adapt to almost any existing state of affairs; David Hume, for example, a philosophic disaster but quietly benign in social and political matters, would seem to be typical. Hardly a political and cultural menace.

No: the hallmark and the fanatical drive of the left for these past centuries has been in devoting tireless energy to bringing about, as rapidly as they can, their own egalitarian, collectivist version of a Kingdom of God on Earth. In short, this truly monstrous movement is what might be called “left-post-millennialist.” It is messianic and post-millennialist because Man, not Christ or Providence, is supposed to bring about the Kingdom of God on Earth (KGE), that is, in the Christian version, that Christ is only supposed to return to earth after Man has established the 1,000-year KGE. It is leftist because in this version, the KGE is egalitarian and collectivist, with private property stamped out, and the world being run by a cadre or vanguard of Saints.

During the 1820s, the Protestant churches in the Northern states of the U.S. were taken over by a wave of post-millennial fanatics determined to impose on local, state, and federal governments, and even throughout the world, their own version of a theocratic statist KGE. A “Yankee” ethnocultural group had originated in New England, and had migrated to settle the northern areas of New York and the Middle-Western states. The Yankees were driven by the fanatical conviction that they themselves could not achieve salvation unless they did their best to maximize everyone else’s: which meant, among other features, to devote their energies to instituting the sinless society of the KGE.

These newly mainstream Yankee Protestant churches were always statist, but the major emphasis in the early decades was the stamping out of “sin,” sin being broadly defined as virtually any form of enjoyment. By the later years of the nineteenth century, however, economic collectivism received increasing attention by these left millennialist Protestants, and strictly theological and Christological concerns gradually faded away, culminating in the explicitly socialistic Social Gospel movement in all the Protestant churches. While every one of the Yankee Protestant denominations was infected and dominated by left millennialism, this heresy prevailed almost totally in the Methodist Church.

SAINT HILLARY

Which brings us to our beloved First Couple. I have already mentioned that Slick Willie, in addressing a black Gospel church in Maryland on behalf of God’s alleged commandment to pass his crime bill, revealingly told the assembled congregation that the goal of his “ministry” is to bring about “the Kingdom of God on earth.” That should have sounded the fire alarm throughout the nation. Unfortunately, to an American public possessing little knowledge of history or theology, Clinton’s remarkable statement went unreported.

But, as we all know, it is Hillary, not Slick Willie, who is the hard-core ideologue in the White House. Hillary’s theological agenda was perceptively unveiled recently by the knowledgeable, if admiring and liberal, Kenneth L. Woodward, religion editor of Newsweek. (Kenneth L. Woodward, “Soulful Matters,” Newsweek (Oct. 31, 1994) pp. 23–25) In a lengthy exclusive interview with Hillary, Woodward reports that our Lady Macbeth simply considers herself “an old-fashioned Methodist.”

Hillary’s pronouncement is not as absurd as it might first seem. Hillary Rodham was born in northern Illinois Yankee country, in the Chicago suburb of Park Ridge. Her grandparents told stories about their Methodism in early-nineteenth-century England, not many generations removed from the founding of Methodism by John Wesley. Hillary’s family were pious Methodists, and Hillary herself was inducted into the Social Gospel by the Rev. Donald Jones, the then youth minister at her Park Ridge First United Methodist Church. I am sure that we are all gratified to learn how Hillary got her start in the cause of “social reform”; as Woodward fondly puts it, the Rev. Jones “developed his privileged suburban students’ social consciences by taking them to visit migrant workers’ children.”

The most important passage in Woodward’s article is his explanation of the importance of Methodism within the American Protestant spectrum: “More than other Protestants, Methodists are still imbued with the turn-of-the-century social gospel, which holds that Christians have been commissioned to build the Kingdom of God on earth.”

Only a few brush-strokes are needed to complete the picture. The Rev. Jones, a frequent visitor to the White House, but who seems at least to have a sense of humor and perspective that the arrogant and self-righteous Hillary totally lacks, puts it this way: Even today, says Rev. Jones, “when Hillary talks it sounds like it comes out of a Methodist Sunday-school lesson.” And: “Hillary views the world through a Methodist lens. And we Methodists knew what’s good for you.”

Now obviously, and of course, a lot of this is Hillary’s drive to “reinvent” herself, that is, to create a duplicitous false image, to make herself less threatening to the angry American public. And surely the late-nineteenth-century Social Gospelers would be horrified at the current multi-gendered, condomaniacal Clintonian left, to say nothing of the rapid revolving of poor John Wesley in his eighteenth-century English grave. But there is definitely a direct line of descent from the Methodist Social Gospelers of the nineteenth century to St. Hillary and the monstrous Clintonian left. Mix into “old-fashioned Methodism” liberal doses of Marxism, the New Left, the pagan pantheist New Age, and the multicultural and sexual revolutions, stir briskly, and you get the current ruling horror that we all face, and are trying to roll back out of our lives. We face, in short, regardless of what hairdo or persona she affects next week, the evil Witch in the White House.

So verbandeln sich türkische Universitätsabsolventen weder in Istanbul noch in Berlin mit Landsleuten, die nicht richtig schreiben und lesen können.

2. Mit bildungsfernen Fremden ersehnen Hochqualifizierte erst recht keine gemeinsamen Urlaubsreisen oder Kindergeburtstage. Die bisherigen Megabeträge für das Anbahnen solcher Gemeinschaften verpuffen deshalb wirkungslos.

3. Funktionärsgipfel, Sonderbehörden und auch das – am 24. Mai in der Koalition zu beschließende - Integrationsgesetz sind Ausdruck der Enormität des Problems und keineswegs Etappen zu seiner Lösung. Würde die Kanzlerin einen Gipfel für das engere Zusammenrücken von deutschen Exzellenzstudenten und nicht minder germanischen Sonderschülern einberufen, würde die verdutzte Republik den Aberwitz all dieser Vorhaben umgehend erfassen. 

4. Selbst bei unterschiedlicher Muttersprache, Haarstruktur und Religion finden Menschen allerdings schnell zueinander, wenn sie etwas können und miteinander arbeiten. Zwischen ihnen wuselnde Sozialarbeiter würden als Störer umgehend des Saales verwiesen.

5. Schulversager hingegen integrieren sich fast niemals mit Abgeschlagenen aus fremden Kulturen. Dagegen kompensieren beide ihre „Kleinheit“ gerne mit der „Größe“ vermeintlicher Idealzeiten. Einheimische mögen sich mit einem Großdeutschen Reich brüsten, Türken mit siegreichen Sultanen und Araber mit triumphierenden Kalifen. Diese Idole taugen hervorragend als Brandbeschleuniger für Konflikte, die dann Begehrlichkeiten für weitere Integrationsbudgets beflügeln.

6. Integration gelingt also nur, wenn sie überflüssig ist, weil Zuwanderer - welcher Religion und Hautfarbe auch immer - ein Leben lang lernen können. Solche Migranten finden das für ihr Fortkommen Passende von alleine. Leute ihres Niveaus werden wegen steigender Anforderungen allerdings stetig knapper und sind aufgrund suboptimaler Geburtenraten in allen OECD-Staaten heiß begehrt. In dieser Staatengruppe stehen Länder mit anschwellenden Integrationsindustrien gegen Nationen, die sich auf das Wachstum ihrer Wirtschaft konzentrieren.

7. Drängen weiterhin Bildungsferne nach, verlieren die für sie Aufkommenden den Mut und träumen von Kompetenzfestungen, die Pässe nur an Asse vergeben. Die Potentiale Deutschlands oder Österreichs sind längst überfordert. Bei einem Durchschnittsalter von bald 47 bzw. 44 Jahren bleiben von 100 Nachwuchskräften 35 ungeboren. Von den 65, die das Licht der Welt erblicken, können 20 bis 25 minimale Anforderungen nicht erfüllen (30 Prozent der Altdeutschen, 50 Prozent der Migranten bei PISA 2012). Die verbleibenden 40 bis 45, die – ob eingewandert oder bodenständig – global bestens mithalten, alleine den Karren aber nicht ziehen können, streben auf die roten Teppiche der Wettbewerber mit Hoheit über ihre Grenzen. Die Kombination aus galoppierender Mittelschichtschrumpfung und Drittwelt-Zuwanderung bringt das vergreisende Deutschland zum Kippen; denn die Hilflosen und doch immer menschenwürdig zu Bezahlenden nimmt keiner, während die jetzt noch für sie Sorgenden bei den konkurrierenden Nationen antreten.

The director of the German Center for Eurasian Studies, Manuel Ochsenreiter, published an opinion piece about the Eurosceptic movements and their geopolitics in the Lebanese “Al Akhbar” newspaper.

The day of the Brexit referendum is a historical day for Europe – and not just for Europe. It is the day of the end of the myth of the invulnerability of Brussel´s super state which is called “European Union”. This so-called “union” which was growing within the last decades and was swallowing one European state after the other received its first heavy punch from the people. The growing process is over. Now the union will shrink. Eurosceptics in Netherlands and Denmark announced already that they will push for an EU-referendum as well. The Brexit day might be considered as the “beginning of the end of the EU” in future history books.

But there are still myths out there. Countless so-called “political analysts” are busy with coffee cup reading style “analysis”. Most of these interpretations are horribly wrong or biased.

One of the main narratives is that the Brexit camp and the whole Eurosceptic community is driven by xenophobia, Islamophobia and hatred towards everyone non-European. This narrative blames the Eurosceptic movements to be fascist and extremist.

This narrative serves the EU elites. And it is spread by Brussels and its servants through whole Europe and unfortunately copy-pasted by many non-European media outlets – even in the Middle East.

This narrative is wrong. The anti-EU-camp consists of European patriots, conservatives, even liberals and socialists. And yes, the anti-EU camp includes as well an extremist lunatic fringe – as any other political camp does.

The main forces of the anti-EU camp are far away from lunatic extremism and xenophobia. They accept immigration, but they refuse uncontrolled mass migration. The “Islamophobia” is caused exactly by those extremists who are showing their horrible brutal performance in these days in the Middle East. Frankly speaking, a serious talk between a Middle East resistance supporter and an intelligent Eurosceptic wouldn´t end in a conflict for sure.

The narrative of the “wild, ugly and fascist” Eurosceptic movements makes people believe that Brussel´s state is automatically the better choice. The EU might be full of mistakes, but still better than the “dangerous radicals” such as Marine Le Pen, Nigel Farage, Frauke Petry or Heinz Christian Strache.

Forces pushing for this narrative forget completely that the Eurosceptic camp didn´t send until today one single gun and one single Euro to the extremists fighting in Syria against the Syrian army and killing civilians. The Eurosceptic camp didn´t send until today one single nuclear submarine to the Israeli army. The Eurosceptic camp is not responsible for the sanction politics against Syria. The Eurosceptic camp is not in support of Saudi-Arabia. The Eurosceptic camp didn´t bombard Libya. The EU elites and their servants in the EU states are responsible for all the mentioned examples.

In other words: for countries such as Syria the EU is already one of the most dangerous enemies. Merkel, Hollande, Cameron are the politicians who are in support of violence and terrorism. But especially since the migration crisis German chancellor Angela Merkel is portrayed as the new “Mother Theresa” of Europe – also in Middle Eastern media.

On the other hand German Eurosceptic politicians such as MEP Marcus Pretzell (AfD party) demand the immediate lifting of the Syrian sanctions and any stop of support of terrorism in Syria. But he demands as well the protection of the European borders which is why he is demonized as a cold hearted devil by European mainstream media and some Middle Eastern news outlets.

The Eurosceptic camp is colorful and a pool of many different, sometimes even contrasting opinions. But in some important points the Eurosceptics show unity: Europe should be a continent which doesn´t support terrorists, Europe should be a continent which handles the migration crisis not just by building walls and fences, but by ending the meddling in other countries and causing those migration waves, Europe should stop with its sanctions politics towards other countries. Most of Eurosceptic movements even criticize NATO politics and want to leave the Western military alliance. All these opinions contradict the recent EU politics.
The Eurosceptic movements know that the EU is an entity which can´t be “just reformed a bit”. The EU is anti-European. It made our continent a US-American proxy, a political and ideological occupied entity. None of the groups and parties of the pro-EU lobby are willing to change that. They feel comfortable as Washington´s tail.

For the Middle East that means you can talk, negotiate and even cuddle with the EU elites. But they will always show their supremacist attitude towards you by supporting your worst enemies such as Wahabi and Salafi groups.

The “New Europe”, the Europe after the EU, might become the “real Europe”, the “European Europe” which replaces the “American Europe”. The representatives of this new Europe, today´s Eurosceptics, might be demonized in Western and parts of the Middle Eastern mainstream media. They might seem sometimes loud or flamboyant. They might not share the innocent but deeply dishonest “humanitarian smile” of Angela Merkel. But they will not destroy other nations.

Der obsessive „Kampf gegen rechts“ führt zu Selbstverdummung und Politikunfähigkeit

Vor vielen Jahren saßen wir zwecks Vorbereitung eines gemeinsamen Uni-Referates zu fünft in einem Stuhlkreis. Zu unserer Arbeitsgruppe gehörte ein verschrobener Esoteriker. Jedes Mal, wenn jemand seine Beine übereinander schlug und ihm unabsichtlich eine Fußsohle entgegenstreckte, sprang er auf und setzte sich um. Auf Nachfrage erklärte er sein Verhalten mit den von Fußsohlen ausgehenden schlechten Energien. Natürlich kreuzten nun alle extra die Beine übereinander. Am Ende hüpfte der Arme aufgelöst von einem Stuhl zum anderen, und wir hielten uns die Bäuche vor Lachen; ihm aber war es ernst gewesen.

Die Rolle des Esoterikers von damals übernimmt heute die Gesellschaft. Es muss nur jemand schreien: „Achtung, Fußsohle!" – soll heißen: Das könnte „Beifall von der falschen Seite“ geben, oder: Du spielst dem „rechten Rand“ in die Hände – damit viele Menschen vor ganzen Themenbereichen zurückschrecken und nicht mehr auszusprechen wagen, was sie beunruhigt, aus Angst davor, als „rechts“ abgestempelt zu werden.

Das dahinterstehende Denkmuster, weit verbreitet nicht nur in NRW-Behörden und -Redaktionen, markiert der Schriftsteller Peter Schneider mit dem Satz: „Was der Gegenseite nutzt, darf nicht wahr sein.“ Es gibt keine Probleme mit Migranten, da Rechtspopulisten daraus ihr Süppchen kochen könnten. Sexuelle Massenbelästigungen sind ein generelles Männerproblem und haben keine kulturell-religiösen Implikationen, denn sonst wäre das ja Wasser auf die Mühlen der „Rechten“.

Die mit der Merkelschen Zuwanderungspolitik um sich greifende Realitätsverweigerung gedeiht allerdings auf einer tieferliegenden pathologischen Struktur. Wer verstehen will, warum der Justizminister Maas gerade jetzt, da die deutsche Öffentlichkeit „nach Köln“ erstmals aus ihrem ungesunden Dauerschlaf aufschreckt, nichts Dringenderes zu tun hat, als seine Länderkollegen zum großen „Rechtsextremismus-Gipfel“ einzuladen, muss sich mit dieser Tiefenstruktur auseinandersetzen.

Die verbotene Zone und ihre Wächter

Eine weitere Szene, vom Rande eines Zeugen-Jehovas-Kongresses in Berlin: Die Gläubigen strömen dem Kongressgebäude entgegen, auf dem Vorplatz bietet ein Abtrünniger der Sekte selbstverfasste Aufklärungsbroschüren feil. Binnen kürzester Zeit ist er abgeschirmt von jungen Männern, die derartigen Protest offenbar schon erwartet haben. Diese „Wächter“, tragen vorgefertigte Schilder mit Losungen wie „Vorsicht, Satan!" oder „Schnell weitergehen, hier ist der Teufel am Werk!"

„Rechts“ ist in Deutschland der bodenlose Abgrund, der widerwärtige braune Sumpf, das dunkle Land Mordor, beherrscht vom teuflischen Sauron, in das sich allein die tapferen linken Hobbits wagen, um immer wieder von Neuem den Ring des Bösen zu zerstören. „Rechts“ ist die verbotene Zone, umstanden von Gesinnungswächtern. Ihr empörtes „Das geht aber gar nicht!" soll jede Diskussion im Keim ersticken, die die Grenzen der Zone überschreiten könnte. Wer dies mit seinen Äußerungen dennoch tut, wird von den Wächtern für vogelfrei erklärt.

Im „Kampf gegen rechts“ dürfen Info-Stände einer zugelassenen demokratischen Partei (der AfD) kurz und klein geschlagen werden, ohne dass in den Massenmedien darüber berichtet wird. Ein Theatermacher darf in einem plumpen Agitprop-Stück („Fear“, an der Berliner Schaubühne) kaum verhüllt zum Mord an „rechten“ Frauen (von konservativen Christinnen bis zu nicht-linken Publizistinnen) aufrufen. Längst gibt es auf deutschen Straßen keine „rechte“ Demonstration mehr ohne massiven Polizeischutz, da sie sonst von wütenden „Anti-Faschisten“ tätlich angegriffen würde.

Die Obsession

Ersatzreligion, Nebelwerfer zur Ablenkung von politischen Versäumnissen, Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnahme für ideologisch bedingt Einäugige – der „Kampf gegen rechts“ ist alles Mögliche, nur mit echten Neonazis hat er wenig zu tun. Diese sind – was die NSU-Morde nicht widerlegen, sondern bestätigen – zahlenmäßig überschaubar, politisch bedeutungslos und gesellschaftlich völlig isoliert. Ihre klügsten Köpfe stehen auf den Gehaltslisten des Verfassungsschutzes, die Wahlergebnisse für ihre Parteien überschreiten nur selten die 2%-Grenze. Es ist schwierig, heutzutage Deutsche ohne Migrationshintergrund zu finden, die sich aufgrund ihrer Nationalität, Religion oder Rasse für höherwertig als andere wähnen. Bei in Deutschland lebenden Zuwanderern wird man da schneller fündig, doch die sind für den „Kampf“ bedeutungslos.

„Rechts“ heißt nämlich „deutsch“. Die türkisch-nationalistischen „Grauen Wölfe“, die hierzulande mehr Mitglieder haben als alle biodeutschen Neonazi-Gruppen zusammen, interessieren die „Wächter“ ebenso wenig wie muslimische „Juden ins Gas!"-Rufer, arabischer Rassismus, die Sklavenhaltertraditionen des Osmanischen Reiches oder gar ein im Islam begründeter Antisemitismus. Dafür weiten sie für Deutsche das Spektrum dessen, was „rechts“ ist, stetig aus. „Nazis raus!" brüllen sie bei Demonstrationen christlicher Abtreibungsgegner ebenso wie bei AfD-Kundgebungen gegen Merkels Euro-Politik. Das gesamte politische Spektrum jenseits linker Positionen von SPD, Grünen und Linkspartei haben sie braun eingefärbt.

Die „Kämpfer gegen rechts“ glauben an das Vorhandensein eines Nazi-Gens bei allen Deutschen (sich selbst ausgenommen), welches nur durch unbegrenzte Zuwanderung „ausgedünnt“ werden kann. Den rassistischen Charakter ihres Kampfes verschleiern sie durch permanentes „Rassismus!"-Geschrei. Mit allen Mitteln zu verhindern, dass das „Tätervolk“ jemals wieder einen normalen Platz in der europäischen Völkerfamilie einnehmen könnte, ist ihre Obsession. Deshalb brüllen sie „Nie wieder Deutschland!" und schwenken Transparente mit Aufschriften wie „Deutschland, du mieses Stück Scheiße“ oder „Bomber Harris, do it again“.

Ihr Kampf trägt längst wahnhafte Züge. Unvergessen die Episode, als ein Arbeitsloser einer Hitlerpuppe im Berliner Wachsfigurenkabinett unter dem Ruf „Nie wieder Krieg!" den Kopf abriss und hinterher einer verständnisvollen Öffentlichkeit erklärte, er habe „ein Zeichen setzen“ wollen. Unvergessen die Verleihung des sächsischen „Ehrenpreises für Zivilcourage“ an die „Hakenkreuzritzerin von Mittweida“ durch eine ehemalige parlamentarische SPD-Staatssekretärin, mit der Begründung, es gehe darum, „Zivilcourage zu loben, und nicht um die Frage, ob das Mädchen sich diese Verletzung selbst beigebracht“ habe. Symptomatisch das Verhalten von Zuschauern in einem Berliner Szene-Kino bei dem Film „Inglorious Bastards“, die immer dann in frenetischen Jubel ausbrachen, wenn ein Film-Nazi möglichst brutal umgebracht wurde. Bei diesem verlogenen Kampf geht es vor allem darum, sich selbst „gut“ zu fühlen. Er basiert auf der Illusion eines lachhaften „nachgeholten Widerstandes“, 70 Jahre nach Untergang des Dritten Reiches.

Der Preis für Lüge und Realitätsverlust

Mit der NS-Vergangenheit ist die obsessive Ausweitung des „Kampfes gegen rechts“ gerade in den letzten Jahren nicht zu erklären. Den Startschuss gab wohl Gerhard Schröder, als er im Jahr 2000 nach einem Brandanschlag auf die Düsseldorfer Synagoge seinen „Aufstand der Anständigen“ ausrief. Bald stellte sich heraus, dass der Anschlag auf das Konto zweier arabischstämmiger Migranten ging. Doch statt dieses Alarmsignal zum Anlass zu nehmen, den „eingewanderten“ Antisemitismus und andere Kollateralschäden der Zuwanderung zu thematisieren, übertrug man in der Folge den „Kampf“ systematisch an linksextreme Akteure und übernahm deren Zerrbilder der Realität. In allgemeine Vergessenheit geriet die totalitäre Grunderfahrung des 20. Jahrhunderts, dass Freiheit und Menschenrechte nicht nur von rechts, sondern auch von links bedroht werden. In der Selbstgerechtigkeit, mit der die „Kämpfer gegen rechts“ die eigenen aggressiven Anteile und den eigenen Hass leugnen und verdrängen, ging ihnen auch eine uralte christliche Wahrheit verloren: dass das Böse nie nur allein beim Gegenüber zu verorten ist, sondern zumindest als Möglichkeit immer auch einem selbst innewohnt.

Seitdem werden unter dem Deckmäntelchen von Antidiskriminierung und Minderheitenschutz Kriminalitätsstatistiken in Bezug auf Migranten geschönt und offenkundige Fehlentwicklungen in den islamisch dominierten Parallelgesellschaften ignoriert, immer mit dem Argument, „Rechte“ könnten damit Stimmung machen. Abhanden gekommen ist Politikern und Medienleuten auch die Erkenntnis, dass der effektivste Kampf gegen echten Rechtsextremismus immer darin besteht, berechtigte Sorgen und Ängste in der Bevölkerung aufzugreifen und existierende Missstände zu beheben.

Der Preis für den Sieg der Ideologie über die Realität ist intellektuelle Stagnation. Führende Politiker von Linkspartei, SPD und Grünen (zunehmend auch der CDU) haben den „Kampf“ zur Richtschnur ihres Redens und Handelns gemacht. Der stellvertretende SPD-Bundesvorsitzende Ralf Stegner scheint die Relevanz politischer Themen grundsätzlich nur noch danach zu gewichten, ob „Rechtspopulisten“ durch ihr Ansprechen gestärkt werden. Katrin Göring-Eckardt von den Grünen ärgerte an den sexuellen Massenübergriffen von Köln vor allem, „dass die rechten Hetzer jetzt neue Munition haben“.

Während es früher hieß: „Der Geist steht links“ und ein Linker zumindest den Anspruch an sich stellte, die gesellschaftlichen Verhältnisse radikal zu analysieren und in Frage zu stellen, Missstände ohne Rücksicht auf Konsequenzen und Konventionen anzusprechen, ist Linkssein heute selbst zur religionsähnlichen Konvention geworden. Rationale Analysen sind out, dumpfe Gefühligkeit und Ressentiments in.

Bricht doch einmal jemand durch die Mauern stereotyper Parteistandpunkte, wird er von den eigenen Leuten niedergemacht. Sahra Wagenknecht, die nach den Silvestervorfällen festgestellt hatte: „Wer sein Gastrecht missbraucht, hat es eben auch verwirkt“, musste einen Sturm der Entrüstung über sich ergehen lassen. Ein „Gastrecht“ stehe in keinem Gesetz und sei mit linken Positionen unvereinbar, entrüsteten sich dieselben Kritiker, die von der deutschen Gesellschaft grenzenlose „Gastfreundschaft“ fordern.

Heute sitzt die Antifa gleich mit zwei Vertretern in der Regierung. Familienministerin Schwesig strich vorsätzlich alle Programme gegen Linksextremismus. Der Justizminister betreibt seinen persönlichen „Kampf gegen rechts“ als vollmundigen Politikersatz. Durch die Massenübergriffe in Köln – so sein Denken – sind Probleme an die Öffentlichkeit gelangt, die niemals hätten ans Licht kommen dürfen. Deshalb müssen Strafverschärfungen und Zensurmaßnahmen gegen „rechte Hetze“ her.

Einsicht in begangene Fehler, neue Denkansätze oder sachbezogene Debatten über die besten Wege aus der drängenden Staatskrise sind von diesen Politikern nicht zu erwarten. Allein der wachsende Druck des vor ihnen hergeschobenen Problembergs, die immer prekärer werdende Lage des Landes und die Aussicht auf ihren Absturz bei den nächsten Wahlen werden sie zum Umlenken zwingen.

Democracy no longer exists in the West. In the US powerful private interest groups, such as the military-security complex, Wall Street, the Israel Lobby, agribusiness and the extractive industries of energy, timber and mining, have long exercised more control over government than the people. But now even the semblance of democracy has been abandoned.

In the US Donald Trump has won the Republican presidential nomination. However, Republican convention delegates are plotting to deny Trump the nomination that the people have voted him. The Republican political establishment is showing an unwillingness to accept democratic outcomes.The people chose, but their choice is unacceptable to the establishment which intends to substitute its choice for the people’s choice.

Do you remember Dominic Strauss-Kahn? Strauss-Kahn is the Frenchman who was head of the IMF and, according to polls, the likely next president of France. He said something that sounded too favorable toward the Greek people. This concerned powerful banking interests who worried that he might get in the way of their plunder of Greece, Portugal, Spain, and Italy. A hotel maid appeared who accused him of rape. He was arrested and held without bail. After the police and prosecutors had made fools of themselves, he was released with all charges dropped. But the goal was achieved. Strauss-Kahn had to resign as IMF director and kiss goodbye his chance for the presidency of France.

Curious, isn’t it, that a woman has now appeared who claims Trump raped her when she was 13 years old.

Consider the political establishment’s response to the Brexit vote. Members of Parliament are saying that the vote is unacceptable and that Parliament has the right and responsibility to ignore the voice of the people.

The view now established in the West is that the people are not qualified to make political decisions. The position of the opponents of Brexit is clear: it simply is not a matter for the British people whether their sovereignty is given away to an unaccountable commission in Brussels.

Martin Schultz, President of the EU Parliament, puts it clearly: “It is not the EU philosophy that the crowd can decide its fate.”

The Western media have made it clear that they do not accept the people’s decision either. The vote is said to be “racist” and therefore can be disregarded as illegitimate.

Washington has no intention of permitting the British to exit the European Union. Washington did not work for 60 years to put all of Europe in the EU bag that Washington can control only to let democracy undo its achievement.

The Federal Reserve, its Wall Street allies, and its Bank of Japan and European Central Bank vassals will short the UK pound and equities, and the presstitutes will explain the decline in values as “the market’s” pronouncement that the British vote was a mistake. If Britain is actually permitted to leave, the two-year long negotiations will be used to tie the British into the EU so firmly that Britain leaves in name only.

No one with a brain believes that Europeans are happy that Washington and NATO are driving them into conflict with Russia. Yet their protests have no effect on their governments.

Consider the French protests of what the neoliberal French government, masquerading as socialist, calls “labor law reforms.” What the “reform” does is to take away the reforms that the French people achieved over decades of struggle. The French made employment more stable and less uncertain, thereby reducing stress and contributing to the happiness of life. But the corporations want more profit and regard regulations and laws that benefit people as barriers to higher profitability. Neoliberal economists backed the takeback of French labor rights with the false argument that a humane society causes unemployment. The neoliberal economists call it “liberating the employment market” from reforms achieved by the French people.

The French government, of course, represents corporations, not the French people.

The neoliberal economists and politicians have no qualms about sacrificing the quality of French life in order to clear the way for global corporations to make more profits. What is the value in “the global market” when the result is to worsen the fate of peoples?

Consider the Germans. They are being overrun with refugees from Washington’s wars, wars that the stupid German government enabled. The German people are experiencing increases in crime and sexual attacks. They protest, but their government does not hear them. The German government is more concerned about the refugees than it is about the German people.

Nous présentons ici un texte typique d’un sentiment en cours d’affirmation que l’on nomme en général “révolte des élites”, – expression compréhensible renvoyant d’ailleurs à un livre du même titre, mais expression complètement faussaire car il s’agit des “élites-Systèmes”. Ce serait donc plutôt la “révolte des zombies-Système”, ou pour faire plus compliqué, plus glauque, plus boueux comme tout ce que nous propose le Système (mais l’expression ne durera que le temps de cet article, de son titre enfin..), – la “révolte des élites-zombies-Système”.

Le terme “élites” tel qu’il est employé en général dans les commentaires abordant actuellement ce thème est très fortement galvaudé jusqu’à l’inversion même. Le terme “élites” a d’habitude sa noblesse, son sens de la responsabilité et de devoir, alors que ces “élites” constituent une “écume des poubelles” du Système (comme l’on dit “écume des jours”) ; ils tiennent effectivement le haut de l’ordure qu’on y entasse, la position la plus en vue, disons quasiment les privilégiés de la poubelle qui est en général le réceptacle où le Système loge les zombies qui sont à son service. (Mais on doit impérativement comprendre et accepter qu’on emploie le terme “élites” comme nous en faisons ici la critique, parce que ce terme tel qu’il est utilisé dit tout de même ce qu’il veut dire, parce que les choses telles qu’elles sont, notamment l’illégitimité et l’imposture de ces soi-disant “élites”, leur inculture, leur hébétude intellectuelle, sont largement connues et documentées jusqu’à l’obscénité.)

On pourra faire la différence que nous signalons avec quelques citations assez conséquentes. La première parle de ces “élites” qui, selon nous, n’en sont en rien, apparaît dans une oprésentation critique dans une interview de Jacques de Saint Victor, historien du droit et professeur des Universités (Paris XIII/CNAM). (Ses derniers ouvrages parus, Via Appia, Les Equateurs 2016,  et Blasphème. Brève histoire d'un crime imaginaire,  Gallimard et prix du livre d'histoire du Sénat, 2016.) Il est interrogé par Eléonore de Vulpillières, sur Figaro-Vox, le 28 juin. Il s’agit de la première question-réponse d’une interview intitulée : « Brexit : le splendide isolement des élites ».

Le Figaro : « A l'issue du référendum sur le Brexit, les partisans du camp du maintien ont réagi de diverses façons, allant de l'abattement à la combativité marquant leur attachement à l'Union européenne. Une pétition – comportant plusieurs centaines de fausses signatures – a atteint les 3 millions de signataires. Certains réclament l'indépendance de Londres membre de l'UE d'un Royaume-Uni hors UE. Comment analysez-vous ces réactions? »

Jacques de Saint Victor : « On peut penser dans un premier temps qu'il s'agit juste d'une réaction de mauvais perdants ou de désespoir d'une partie de l'élite urbaine, souvent jeune, qui se sent trahie par les campagnes, les vieux et les gens modestes. Il y a dans ce rejet de la démocratie une sorte d'illustration de ce que le grand penseur anglais, Christopher Lasch, appelait la “révolte des élites” (par opposition à la “révolte des masses” d'Ortega y Gasset). Dans ce livre très visionnaire, publié en 1995, Lasch notait que ce sont aujourd'hui les élites, et non plus les masses, qui vivent dans un splendide isolement, satisfaites d'elles-mêmes, rejetant tout ce qui échappe à leur bien-être personnel, coupées des réalités du monde commun qui les entoure. C'est la solidarité des surclasses globales qui, de Londres à Singapour ou Paris, sont indifférentes au sort de leurs voisins locaux. Elles ont développé une sorte d'irresponsabilité et d'immaturité qui les prive de toute forme de “sensibilité pour les grands devoirs historiques”, disait déjà Lasch. Lorsqu'elles sont confrontées à un retour brutal du réel, comme le résultat d'une consultation démocratique, elles n'hésitent pas à se déclarer contre la démocratie. Lasch soulignait d'ailleurs ce déclin du discours démocratique chez des “élites qui ne font que se parler à elles-mêmes”. »

Pour mieux faire ressentir la différence que nous signalons plus haut à propos du processus d’inversion qui s’est effectué avec le concept d’“élites”, et particulièrement aujourd’hui d’une façon criante sinon hurlante, nous mettons en évidence le phénomène, surtout en France, de véritables élites (les intellectuels), qui passent de plus en plus nettement du côté du peuple (“des masses”) contre les fausses élites. Ces vraies-élites avaient pourtant, depuis le déclin du communisme à partir des années 1960, de plus en plus nettement soutenu les pouvoirs social-démocrate et libéral en place, c’est-à-dire le Système. Cette situation est littéralement en train d’exploser.

Thibaut Isabel écrit dans Éléments n°160 de mai-juin 2016, dans un article consacré à Marcel Gauchet et à son dernier livre, Comprendre le malheur français : « Il se passe quelque chose d’historique dans la vie intellectuelle française, dont atteste le dernier livre de Marcel Gauchet. Le rédacteur en chef du Débat compte parmi les personnalités les plus influentes de la sphère éditoriale. Pilier de la maison Gallimard, directeur d’études à l’l’EHESS, il a ses entrées dans tous les médias, auprès de tous les politiques. Anarchiste dans sa jeunesse, il s’est vite rangé à une gauche réformiste, libérale et antiautoritaire. On le présente comme un “soutien critique” du parti socialiste. Seulement voilà, ce “gendre idéal” de la gauche, qui fête tout de même ses 70 ans, manifeste ouvertement son ras-le-bol contre le système politico-médiatique ! Déjà accusé en 2002 de faire partie des “néoréactionnaires”, il s’et retrouvé en 2014 au centre d’une polémique lors des “Rendez-vous de l »histoire“ de Blois, sous prétexte qu’il devait y proposer a leçon inaugurale sur le thèmes des “rebelles”. ‘Libération’ avait bien sûr largement relayé cette vaste opération de lynchage. [...]

» L’opinion est en train de changer. Les langues de délient. La rupture ne réside plus seulement entre le peuple et les élites, mais aussi entre les intellectuels et les médias. Le peuple et les intellectuels sont passés dans le même camp... »

Nous-mêmes enfin, le 10 mai 2016, indirectement dans le Journal dde.crisis de PhG, avions signalé cette évolution : « ...Disons que je me tiens au courant, et picore de-ci de-là ; notamment avec, sur la chaîne ‘Histoire’, l’émission ‘Historiquement Show’ : pas de polémique style-talk-show, pas de BHL mais un bon suivi de l’actualité, histoire et histoire des idées... Et voilà qu’une petite musique a sonné à mes oreilles.

» Pour faire court, cette impression de crise profonde arrivant à son point de basculement, fin d’un règne intellectuel qui a débouché sur les pires productions sociétales de la postmodernité, et dégradé le caractère français vers les culs de basse-fosse. (La grande intelligence française mise au service de la canaille de salon, pire production de l’asservissement au Système.) Ce commentaire de Jean-Pierre Le Goff, à propos de son livre ‘Malaise dans la démocratie’ : “On est à la fin de ce cycle historique... On voit très bien que les fractures sont là, qu’on ne peut plus continuer sur cette espèce d’hégémonisme de ce que j’ai appelé le gauchisme culturel qui est battu en brèche.. On ne voit pas forcément sur quoi tout cela va déboucher...” Dans cette émission si classique, qui paraît si apaisée et donc s’inscrirait selon le sens commun dans l’architecture du Système, le second invité, Jean-François Colosimo, présent dans l’émission sur  Le Goff, a eu cette remarque venue comme naturellement : “Il y a Paul Yonnet, qui paiera quasiment de sa vie, il faut le dire, le fit d’avoir été le premier à dénoncer l’imposture de ‘SOS Racisme’ puisqu’il subira l’ostracisme de la gauche, le premier dans les années 1990. Il paye pour avoir dit la vérité...” A la question de savoir s’il existe en France une “police de la pensée”, tout le monde acquiesça. Tout cela est si inhabituel dans le fait de venir si naturellement, sans calcul ni arrière-pensée politique, qu’il s’agirait du signe d’une évolution significative des psychologies. »

Bien entendu et après ce long développement sur le rangement entre “élites”, avec la question de l’emploi dégénératif et inverti du terme, et “masses”, et la façon dont tout cela est beaucoup trop stéréotypé et se réfère à des modèles pervertis, nous proposons un autre rangement qui nous paraît à la fois plus simple, plus net et plus évident : entre Système (pro-Système ou zombie-Système) et antiSystème. Cet affrontement qui est ainsi décrit est bien entre les serviteurs du Système (“zombies”) d’une part, et d’autre part les antiSystème qui représentent un effectif fluctuant bien entendu, mais très largement dans le sens de la tendance d’une augmentation constante et d’activisme en pleine affirmation. L’utilisation des termes pro-Système et antiSystème permet ainsi d’éviter tous les quiproquos sur les qualités diverses des protagonistes, et notamment de nous faire prendre des vessies pour des lanternes. Les “élites“ aujourd’hui, c’est-à-dire ces pro-Système, sont politiquement et socialement la lie de la civilisation, ils sont psychologiquement les plus faibles et donc les plus corrompus, moralement les plus impuissantes, et totalement étrangers au concept de “liberté d’esprit“ qui implique l’indépendance, la responsabilité, la lucidité et le fermeté du jugement.

Nous sommes d’autant plus inclinés à les apprécier aussi sévèrement que nous nous gardons absolument de porter sur eux aucun jugement de condamnation de fond. L’on sait notre constante appréciation sur ce thème, inspiré de Plotin. (« Car on pourrait dès lors arriver à une notion du mal comme ce qui est non-mesure par rapport à la mesure, sans limite par rapport à la limite, absence de forme par rapport à ce qui produit la forme et déficience permanente par rapport à ce qui est suffisant en soi, toujours indéterminé, stable en aucun façon, affecté de toutes manières, insatiable, indigence totale. Et ces choses ne sont pas des accidents qui lui adviennent, mais elles constituent son essence en quelque sorte, et quelle que soit la partie de lui que tu pourrais voir, il est toutes ces choses. Mais les autres, ceux qui participeraient de lui et s’y assimileraient, deviennent mauvais, n’étant pas mauvais en soi. »)

Notre jugement est que ces êtres sont d’abord et essentiellement des faibles dans le domaine de la psychologie, pauvres et bas dans le domaine de l’esprit par conséquent, pauvres et bas bien plus que des êtres mauvais, et souvent avec des capacités naturelles remarquables pour se mieux tenir à ce niveau. Ils font le Mal, travaillent pour le Mal, font du zèle pour le Mal, par la grâce invertie de la seule faiblesse de leur psychologie qui autorise tous les emprisonnements et toutes les illusions ; il est risible d’en faire des êtres mauvais comme s’ils étaient le diable, – le diable a tout de même une autre allure, – et ils sont souvent un peu “double”, avec un des côtés, souvent très marginalisé, qui mesure par instant l’absurdité, la subversion, l’inversion de leur comportement, – mais cela, certes, l’espace d’un instant...

Enfin, une dernière précision concerne la définition effectivement précise de la situation : s’il est question de “révolte [des élites-zombies-Système]”, il s’agit en fait, d’abord, d’une crise dans cette “classe” qui devrait être caractérisée comme “abrutie-dominante”. Si le Brexit a suscité tant d’incitations à ne plus tenir compte des “masses ignorantes” (voir ci-dessous) qui sont pourtant rejointes par des prestigieux intellectuels, il a surtout conduit à un formidable désordre chez les zombies-Système, avec des affrontements sévères entre dirigeants, hauts fonctionnaires de direction, au sein de l’UE comme on a pu le voir lors des sommets de ces derniers jours. Les “élites-zombies-Système” n’ont absolument rien de la noblesse et du sens de la solidarité et de la responsabilité des élites dans le sens initial, ce sont des arrivistes et des nouveaux-riches de l’élitisme de pacotille, en général choisis pour leur médiocrité, leur inexistence, leur corruption, leur arrogance méprisante, leur goût des privilèges, et en général pour leur sottise qui permet de supporter des œillères pour mieux faire fonction d’aveuglement ; par conséquent, il s’affronte comme des chiffonniers, comme des poissardes (le terme ne dépare pas chez Juncker), et leur “révolte” est donc bien d’accord une “crise”.

C’est ce que montre, sans le vouloir, le texte de James Traub sur Foreign Policy le 28 juin ; on y retrouve l’arrogance, la mépris des autres (des “masses”), une conception de l’élitisme réduit au merchandising et à l’hybris de bazar saupoudré de divers $milliards fraîchement tirés des imprimerie de la Fed, et tout le reste à l’avenant. (A noter, surtout : Traub est un fellow au Center on International Cooperation, et auteur bien entendu de l’habituel pensum historique-Système, indispensable sur le CV, – cette fois John Quincy Adams: Militant Spirit.) ZeroHedge.com, qui présente ce texte, précise, le 29 juin : « It appears the powers that be just are not going to take it anymore. Having mistakenly allowed the people of Britain to exercise their free will, Foreign Policy's James Traub exclaims, “It's time for the elites to rise up against the ignorant masses.” »

Brexit, groupe de Visegrád, Union européenne – l’Europe change. L’Histoire s’écrit en ce moment même

Le Brexit a été un choc pour certains, surtout dans un Occident ramolli et capricieux. Mais en Europe centrale, vivre des événements historiques de l’intérieur est presque devenu quelque chose de courant. Tous les actuels dirigeants d’Europe centrale se souviennent, voire ont même pris part au changement de régime qui a eu lieu il y a un peu plus d’un quart de siècle. Ces hommes et ces femmes ont vécu sous le communisme et ont participé à sa mise à mort. Et cette expérience est mise à profit en ce moment même où l’Europe vit un tournant majeur.

S’il est bel et bien appliqué – ce ne serait pas la première fois dans l’Histoire de l’Union européenne qu’un référendum qui déplaît à ses élites ne serait pas appliqué -, le Brexit aura des conséquences aussi en et pour l’Europe centrale.

Une fracture amorcée non par le Brexit, mais par Berlin et Paris.

Les 6 membres fondateurs de l’Union – le Benelux et les petits géants européens : Italie, France et Allemagne – se sont réunis en urgence à Berlin lundi 27 juin, pour parler de l’avenir de l’Union européenne… selon eux ; excluant les « états secondaires », et donc, le groupe de Visegrád.

Selon le média polonais TVP, les Allemands et les Français travailleraient sur un projet de « super-État », autrement dit une augmentation considérable de l’intégration européenne. Le média polonais a publié une copie du document de 9 pages : il s’agit d’en finir avec les derniers éléments de souveraineté nationale.

Le groupe des quatre de Visegrád (V4) a saisi l’importance de l’événement et n’est pas resté les bras croisés. Le ministre des affaires étrangères polonais a convié ses homologues du V4 ainsi que d’autres pays exclus de la réunion de crise berlinoise. La dissidence étatique est née et est officialisée au sein d’une Union que d’aucuns estiment déjà moribonde.

Il est trop courant à l’Ouest de penser que l’Europe centrale a bénéficié de l’aide financière bienveillante, désintéressée, offerte par pur humanisme, de la part d’une Union européenne ouest-continentale. Mais évidemment, si l’Europe centrale a bénéficié de subsides européennes, elle n’a pas signé pour en être une colonie – en fait, si, diront certains ; les pays baltes, le V4 et les autres nouveaux pays de l’Union Européenne sont des membres à part entière, participant eux aussi financièrement à l’effort commun, ayant troqué une part de leur souveraineté pour jouer le jeu, et enfin, ayant ouvert des marchés énormes, faciles d’accès – tant géographiquement que légalement ou financièrement – et devenant des viviers de main-d’oeuvre bon marché, qualifiée et jeune.

Le V4 ne voulait pas le départ du Royaume-Uni de l’UE : élément important de l’Union, il était un allié important pour les souverainistes, n’ayant pas la monnaie commune, étant plus que réservé sur l’abandon de souveraineté, étant opposé aux quotas berlinois, et étant un partenaire économique majeur pour chacun des pays du V4. Enfin, c’est aussi le principal lieu d’implantation des jeunes émigrés du V4. Un million de Polonais, 350.000 Hongrois, 45.000 Tchèques, 9.000 Slovaques, tels sont les chiffres de la diaspora du Visegrád au Royaume-Uni. Pour toutes ces raisons, le V4 était opposé au Brexit, Orbán allant même jusqu’à publier une annonce anti-Brexit dans la presse britannique.

Mais voilà, le Brexit est voté. Démocrates sincères, les quatre de Visegrád sont passés sans attendre au plan B. Il faut renouveler l’Europe, mais certainement pas en allant vers plus d’intégration. L’intégration européenne (autrement dit, la fédéralisation) est justement selon le V4 ce qui mène l’UE vers l’effondrement.

Les réactions du V4 : Front commun pour une autre Europe

En Pologne, le ministre des affaires étrangères Waszczykowski s’inquiète de la domination de la zone euro désormais, impliquant une UE plus que jamais à deux vitesses. « La zone euro pourrait créer des institutions séparées, un budget séparé et ensuite l’Union européenne dans son ensemble ne serait plus qu’une façade et la zone euro dominerait ». « Nous devons créer une Union européenne d’Etats souverains, » a dit le porte-parole du gouvernement polonais, ajoutant que l’exemple du Royaume-Uni montre que c’est exactement ce que veut l’Europe, et que tous les États membres devraient être traités comme des partenaires car aucun pays ne peut décider du destin des autres.

Si le président du PiS souhaite un deuxième référendum, l’influent homme politique a également déclaré que « nous avons une crise dans l’Union européenne et la bonne réponse n’est pas de continuer à faire ce que nous faisions, parce que ça conduirait à une catastrophe. » Le ministre des affaires étrangères a rajouté que les officiels à Bruxelles sont déconnectés des gens ordinaires et qu’ils devraient « se battre la poitrine » de remord. « Les Européens sont mécontents de la voie choisie pour gérer la crise migratoire, ils sont mécontents du fait des problèmes de sécurité, mais aussi du fait de la faible croissance économique due à l’euro, car en réalité l’eurozone stagne et n’a pas de croissance, » a-t-il ajouté.

Beata Szydło, premier ministre de Pologne, a déclaré que « pour le gouvernement polonais, le problème prioritaire est la situation des citoyens polonais vivant au Royaume-Uni. Nous allons essayer de négocier pour qu’ils préservent les avantages qu’ils ont eu à leur arrivée.»

Enfin, les nouvelles élites polonaises profitent de l’occasion pour tirer à boulet rouge sur l’ancien premier ministre libéral Donald Tusk, actuellement président du Conseil européen. « En tant que négociateur, Donald Tusk porte une responsabilité directe pour le Brexit et devrait disparaître de la politique européenne, mais cela vaut aussi pour toute la Commission telle que composée aujourd’hui. » a conclu Kaczynski.

En Tchéquie, on s’attaque à d’autres élites. Juncker est désigné comme responsable par le ministre des affaires étrangères tchèque Zaoralek, dont il demande la démission. « L’Union européenne doit changer rapidement, » a dit le premier ministre tchèque Sobotka sur sa page Facebook. « Pas parce que le Royaume-Uni est parti, mais parce que le projet européen a besoin d’un bien plus grand soutien de la part de ses citoyens. L’Europe doit être mieux à même d’agir, elle doit être plus flexible, moins bureaucratique et beaucoup plus sensible à la diversité que représente ses 27 Etats membres. »

La Slovaquie, qui va prendre la tête du Conseil de l’Union européenne le 1er juillet, a également insisté sur la nécessité de changements à apporter. « Ce n’est pas une tragédie, c’est une réalité et les 27 Etats membres restants doivent agir vite, » a dit le premier ministre Robert Fico. « Ce serait une grande erreur que la réaction des 27 pays soit de continuer la même politique au niveau de l’UE que celle menée jusqu’à maintenant. » Le premier ministre slovaque désire également organiser une rencontre informelle en septembre à Bratislava, incluant les dirigeants français et allemand, ainsi que le président du Conseil européen. Mais il veut également que le V4 soit le leader de cette discussion.

Enfin, en Hongrie, alors qu’Orbán plaidait pour le Remain, il semble sortir grand gagnant du Brexit : si le Brexit a eu lieu, c’est principalement à cause de la politique migratoire de l’UE, a-t-il fait savoir. « Une situation où nous avons une élite européenne sociale-libérale qui est pour l’immigration alors que la majorité des Européens est contre ne peut simplement pas fonctionner, » a déclaré le chef du groupe Fidesz au parlement national. « Malheureusement nous devons admettre que l’assertion selon laquelle l’Europe a perdu 64 millions d’Européens et sa deuxième économie au profit de quelques millions de migrants est vraie, » a-t-il ajouté.

Le ministre de l’économie, Mihály Varga, estime que la Hongrie ne peut que bénéficier du Brexit. Le gouvernement hongrois est en train de travailler à rendre le pays plus attractif pour les compagnies cherchant à quitter le Royaume-Uni. Quant au ministre des affaires étrangères hongrois Szijjártó, il a estimé qu’il était totalement incorrect que l’on tente d’imposer plus longtemps des mesures politiques ayant mené aux échecs actuels. « Des têtes doivent tomber ».

« Peut-être que l’heure des pays de l’Est est arrivée. »

C’est en ces mots que Die Welt, grand journal allemand, commente les réactions des dirigeants européens. Le Brexit marque d’une pierre blanche l’Histoire européenne contemporaine à laquelle l’Europe centrale en plein essor compte bien apporter de nouveau, enfin, sa participation. Fini le temps des « pays de l’Est » méprisables et méprisés, fini le XXe siècle, fini la soumission.

Le V4 a d’ores et déjà annoncé vouloir traiter avec le Royaume-Uni en tant que bloc, et face à l’axe libéral-libertaire et fédéralisateur Berlin-Paris, les quatre de Visegrád n’ont pas perdu de temps pour fédérer autour d’eux les laissés pour compte de l’UE tenant encore à leur souveraineté.

Par leur fermeture d’esprit et leurs rêves aveugles, les dirigeants occidentaux sont en train de tuer l’Union européenne. Une Union voulue par les anciens pays du bloc de l’Est. Mais, jouant le jeu démocratique, écoutant leurs peuples et rejetant les absurdités babeliennes de Bruxelles, on a fait passer le V4 pour des « eurosceptiques », voire des opposants à l’Union européenne. C’est une grave erreur, hélas volontaire de la part de certains : le V4 est pour l’Europe, mais une autre Europe. Pas une Union fédérale libérale-libertaire, mais une grande entente de pays libres et souverains.

Quoiqu’il en soit, l’onde de choc du Brexit a rapidement frappé le continent, et Berlin a catalysé la création d’une faille qui suit presque l’ancien tracé du rideau de fer.

L’avenir nous dira ce que va devenir l’Union, l’Europe et de quel côté de cette fracture naissante se trouvera la liberté, la prospérité et l’espoir.

While many are celebrating the victory of the Leave campaign, the consequences remain to be seen. Scottish politicians are already calling for a new independence referendum, the leadership of the Conservative Party is undergoing a shakeup, and the economic implications are far-reaching. Regardless of what happens, however, shock-waves are being transmitted around the world.

At 7.20 UK time, the Electoral Commission declared the result of the referendum on UK membership of the European Union. There were cheers as our nation and the world was told that the Leave campaign had won with 17,410,742 votes (51.9%) and the Remain campaign had lost with 16,141,241 votes (48.1%). Within hours David Cameron announced his intention to resign as Prime Minister.

In this article I want to concentrate on the effect on my country, Britain, although the vote will send shockwaves around the world.

Britain was already a divided nation before the referendum. The campaign stoked coal on the fires of that division. The campaign was a dirty one. The Conservatives were bitterly divided on the issue and blue on blue attacks (some very personal) were commonplace.  The resignation of David Cameron will not be the only fall-out. The position of the Chancellor, George Osborne, now also looks untenable. Tories on the Leave side were very angry when he said he would introduce an emergency budget with £30 billion of tax rises and spending cuts that he insisted would be needed if Britain left the European Union. It was soon dubbed the “punishment” budget. There will also be a new leader of the Conservative Party before the October Tory conference. Conservative MPs will vote first to decide two candidates to put before the wider membership. Although Boris Johnson is disliked and distrusted by many Conservative MPs, it is difficult to see how they can avoid putting him on the ballot paper given his popularity among the membership and his prominence in the Leave campaign. The two names most likely to be on the ballot are Boris Johnson and Theresa May. An outside possibility is Michael Gove, though he has previously said he would not stand (but then politicians don’t always keep their word!).

The Labour Party Leader, Jeremy Corbyn, who campaigned for a Remain vote, has said he is ‘absolutely’ staying in position and has rejected suggestions from the Right of his party that he should go. He has pointed out that although some big Labour strongholds such as the North East and North West voted Leave, others, like London and Bristol, voted Remain.  As the majority of trade unions (who have bloc votes within Labour and give it large sums) favoured Remain, he is likely to get his way.

The Scottish National Party is calling for a second referendum on independence. They have a strong argument. Scotland voted 62 per cent to 38 per cent in favour of remaining in the EU. All 32 local council areas in Scotland voted to Remain in the EU. Scotland was the only nation in the UK to have a clean sweep of all local authorities.

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said the results in Scotland make clear ‘that the people of Scotland see their future as part of the European Union’.

Her predecessor, Alex Salmond, suggested that the vote to leave in England and Wales (Northern Ireland also voted Remain) should trigger a second referendum on Scottish independence. Speaking of the British exit, he told ITV news: “So whatever that period is – two years, two-and-a-half years, that would have to be the timescale of the next referendum because what you would want to do is remain in the European Union while the rest of the UK moved out.”

Mr Salmond also pointed out that the SNP’s manifesto said if Scotland was ‘dragged out’ of Europe against the will of the Scottish people, then the Scottish parliament should have the right to hold another independence referendum.

The result of the first Scottish referendum was 55.3 per cent to stay in the UK to 44.7 to leave. A big question will be how many who voted to stay in the UK would now switch to vote for a Scotland in the EU.

The constitutional implications for the UK are not likely to become clear for some time. The two-year period Mr Salmond mentions is specified under Article 50. It kicks in when the Prime Minister of the country leaving formally asks to do so. David Cameron has already said that this should be a decision for his successor. Leave campaigners have already indicated that they want nine months to a year for planning.

Added to this is the uncertainty that a new Tory leader introduces. It is not impossible that they will want to call a General Election to secure a mandate. A majority in Parliament is needed for them to do this and that is by no means certain. In addition, a new General Election could see Labour saying they would over-ride the referendum result if given a new mandate to do so by the electorate. If the economy was looking bad, they might get it.

What of the long-term future for Nigel Farage and UKIP? Whatever UKIP say, they are seen as a single-issue party. What happens to them when their raison d’etre is gone? Not to mention the generous funding they receive from the European Parliament!

The two big issues of the campaign have been identity and the economy. The Leave campaigners generally concentrated on identity issues like migration and border security (dubbed ‘Project Hate’ by Remain) and Remain stressed the negative effects on the economy of leaving (dubbed ‘Project Fear’ Leave). It seems like the identity issue had more resonance with the British people. Many of my own friends told me that whatever the economic consequences, they would vote for an independent Britain able to effectively control who came into our country. They were steadfast in that whatever the Bank of England, the IMF, and the Chancellor said.  The hope of ‘Project Fear’ was that enough of those undecided could be scared into a Remain vote. It didn’t work.

As Dr Paul Craig Roberts neatly summed up: ‘It is a propaganda choice to call these concerns racism rather than cultural defence, and the UK political establishment has made that propaganda choice.  Little wonder so many British citizens no longer believe that the British Establishment represents Britain.’

In the last stages of the campaign we had the tragic assassination of Jo Cox MP. The Remain camp cynically seized on this to boost their campaign. Anyone who voted Leave was a ‘hater’ and the language they had used to criticise immigration and the political class had led to a ‘climate of fear’ which in turn led to her death. Her two children were taken to Parliament to hear MPs pay tributes, and also to a big rally in London’s Trafalgar Square. This attempt to manipulate our emotions also failed. In fact many I know were disgusted by the shameful attempts to use the tragedy to boost a Remain vote. They were also angry at the way that their views were being falsely categorised and denigrated. If anything it made them more likely to vote Leave. I even had some friends who had voted Remain by post earlier, saying that they would have switched to Leave because of the disrespect tht had been shown, had they been given the chance! The ‘love versus hate’ theme has caused a lot of bitterness, anger, and division within our nation. Many Remain supporters are dismayed because it seems as if ‘hate’ has won. That’s one consequence of making the argument seem like a battle between good and evil – something the smug, condescending Left likes to do.

The Remain side also seemed to express social superiority. One YouGov poll showed voters in the highest social class, ABC1, split 53 to 38 per cent for Remain, while those in the lower C2D2 class split 52 to 29 per cent for Leave. The working class supporters of Leave have a big wants list, and they don’t want to wait for delivery. As Times journalist Daniel Finkelstein said: ‘The expectation of these ­voters, certainly their hope, is that leaving the EU can restore to this country control over its own destiny. They are hoping for greater protection from the social and economic change brought by globalisation. They seek more work, better-funded public services, less power to corporations and the elite and, above all, less of the ­immigration that they believe puts pressure on their wages and ­communities.’

They are likely to be disappointed. Corporate Britain doesn’t want to leave the single market. It’s difficult to see how we can stay in and not have free movement of labour. Nor are migrant workers suddenly going to disappear, if at all. Many work in key services and sectors which certainly wouldn’t want to lose them.

Leave voters are likely to end up feeling more and more alienated and betrayed as they find their expectations of change disappointed. Just this very morning, the spokesman for the Leave campaign was back-tracking and qualifying their poster pledge to spend money saved from the EU contributions on our National Health Service. It was always a very stupid tactic. UKIP Leader Nigel Farage said it was a ‘mistake’ to promise that in the first place. For a start, the figure was wrong. In 2015, the UK paid the EU an estimated £13 billion, or £250 million a week. Of course some of that money came back in EU payments funnelled through the government, so the government’s ‘net contribution’ was around £8.5 billion, or £160 million a week. A lot to be sure, but not what was stated. Nor is any government going to spend savings made from not contributing to the EU on one area. Leave never had a mandate to promise that – it’s up to the government of the day. So no surprise that the Leave spokesman was squirming and trying to avoid questions on our TVs this morning!

That’s on day one! I fear that’s just the start of the backtracking, qualification, and excuses.

The economic consequences are already kicking in with the pound and stocks crashing. The market will adjust somewhat as it was taken by surprise by the result (as were the pollsters and bookies), yet UK growth may well fall with effects on living standards, at least in the short-term. Negotiations with the 53 nations with whom we currently trade under EU rules are also unpredictable. Many EU politicians may give Britain a hard time because they fear the rise of opposition politicians in their own countries. Already Marine Le Pen has called for a French referendum. The Eurocrats will want to discourage that.

The British people have spoken, deciding to roll the dice in the hope that we can protect our identity and achieve independence and prosperity. Let’s hope we win our gamble!
